Very dirty hotel the staff who work in the hotel are not polite the hotel was robbed some rooms and taking all the customers belongings and when I went to talk to the receptionist about this matter she spoke to me if it happened to me that I had to look for a police station to make an occurrence and she couldn't do anything I'm disappointed with everything that happened there same hotel

The staff seemed friendly even though no one spoke English. The building was patched up all over but none of the patches were painted. The roof in my first room leaked by the bed and the leak in the second room given to me was over the toilet. The place just needs a good paint job and the leaks in the ceiling fixed. The breakfast was the same options every day but it was acceptable.

Funcionários todos de cara fechada , atendimento péssimo , elevador em condições precárias , interfone não funcionava , limpeza precaríssima , café da manhã durante 7 dias a mesma coisa , sem variedade, ar condicionado não funcionava e quando funcionou estava pingando no quarto,as paredes são dividirias de madeira , tudo o que é falado no quarto , no corredor da para ouvir, o chuveiro maluco, espirava água até na pôr do banheiro . Sinceramente, não voltarei a este lugar .

Estadia péssima, fomos acordados 2 vezes, em uma delas, no dia 01/01/2025, afirmaram q já havia passado da hora do check-out. Todavia, nossa reserva era até o dia 04/01/2025. No outro dia, nos acordaram para perguntar sobre um suposto vazamento de água, uma vez que no dia anterior a água do prédio simplesmente acabou. Como se não bastasse, precisamos descer de escada 11 andares, pois o prédio possui três elevadores, mas apenas um funcionando e também deu problema, outro funciona quando quer e o terceiro não funciona de jeito nenhum.

Descrevam o hotel corretamente nas plataformas!
Fizemos uma viagem de casal para Salvador, mas as experiências no hotel não foram das melhores. Aqui diz que há estacionamento disponível, porém não são para todos os hóspedes é de acordo com a disponibilidade do hotel e além de tudo é pago (20,00 a diária). Nao tem cobertor para todos os quartos, tem que perguntar todos os dias se há algum disponível, não tem também tapete no banheiro. Deixamos um aviso na porta que gostaríamos da limpeza no segundo dia de viagem, não limparam, só colocaram a placa pra dentro da porta e ignoraram, mas não fez muita diferença porque a limpeza deles é só tirar o lixo e arrumar a cama. Não tiram pó, não varrem, não passam pano, não arrumam e trocam as toalhas, enfim muito diferente dos outros hotéis. Ar condicionado é fraco. O café não era muito farto mas tinha o suficiente, a área da piscina era boa e limpa e a localização é bacana tbm.

Ficamos na época de final de ano, o hotel estava superlotado, os elevadores não funcionavam, o recepcionista não conseguia atender a todos, não tinha vaga de garagem, o chão do quarto estava sujo e tivemos que tomar café da manhã em pé pois não tinha mesa para sentar.
