From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with exceptional hospitality and a warm welcome from the staff, the room facilities itself are basic and clean nothing too special. I recommend if you want a safe comfortable and affordable stay.

Hotel bem localizado, com um preço acessível, mas poderiam instalar splits no lugar de aparelhos de ar condicionado de janela, que são extremamente barulhentos. Precisam também melhorar a limpeza dos quartos, porque teve um dia que a camareira sequer apareceu para arrumar o quarto e em um outro que ela nem retirou o lixo. Devem também focar na sustentabilidade ambiental, substituindo as válvulasde descarga por caixas acopladas econômicas. Para finalizar, precisam melhorar o café da manhã, que é horrível. Os sucos são pura água, somente duas opções de frutas sem nenhum sabor e muitos itens calóricos e sem nenhuma qualidade.

Nossa estadia foi razoável. Embora os funcionários da recepção e os demais, são muito cortes. Na área da piscina falta manutenção. Escolhemos o hotel por não permitir fumantes. Mas na área da piscina, faltou manutenção na escada da piscina, uma espreguiçadeira rachada, continuou lá.Por dois dias houve pessoas fumando no local ,funcionários que passaram por lá, ignoraram. Preferiram fingir que não viam ou ignoraram a fumaça e o cheiro.
