On nice nights, take the meal outside to the screened-in porch with a table. Turn dinner into a card game and play the night away. Come together at the end of the day in the great room and pull out a board game to play, or watch a movie on the Smart TV. Escape and enjoy a quiet moment on the one of two front decks where you can see above the trees and enjoy the ocean breeze. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the $200 weekly fee will apply for each dog and will be added once your reservation is finalized.

Vacation Rental Protection Plan: This required non-refundable $95 plan covers accidental damage within the home with a coverage limit of $3,000. It does not cover theft or willful misconduct. You must notify Surf or Sound Realty of any damage that occurs during your occupancy or this coverage will be void. Coverage is effective at time of check-in and ends at time of check-out.
