Luxury residence near sea, offering a modern, spacious and well equipped apartment located on the first floor of a small building of 2 floors, overlooking the pool in the bottom part of the quietest and most residential residence. The master bedroom is composed of a queen size bed 155 * 190, a safe. The second bedroom is composed of two twin beds 100 * 190. Each room has its storage, wardrobes and shelves. Blackout curtains have been recently installed in each room, to allow you to sleep without being awakened too early by the first light of the day.
It is a quiet residence and close to all amenities, private parking.

For your information:
Included in the rental rate for a minimum stay of 8 nights: Wifi Internet, household entrance, exit and once a week during your stay. Gardener and maintenance of the pool.
Not included: Your electricity consumption remains at your expense during your stay. We take the meter on your arrival and departure. Only your consumption in kilowatt is billed rate in force in the village.
This amount is paid in cash on the day of your departure, plan ahead.
The price per kilowatt is 14.95 pesos or 0.30 USD.
A digital code safe is at your disposal, in case of forgetting the code or losing the key, we will ask you to pay for the change of the latter – 150 USD.
We also inform you that an inventory will be carried out upon your arrival and departure. In order not to waste too much time when you leave, a team of 2 to 3 people is often present to allow a quick overhaul of linen, dishes and all household electrical equipment. Mon mari et moi avons passé 3 mois exceptionnels dans cet appartement, il est presque parfait, tranquille, lumineux, propre et bien équipé au niveau de la cuisine. Son emplacement est idéal près de la plage et des bons restaurants. On peut tout faire à pied. L’accueil par Camille est exceptionnel, elle est disponible pour répondre à toutes nos questions non seulement à l’arrivée mais pendant tout notre séjour. Le seul petit bémol est qu’il manque une moustiquaire dans la porte fenêtre de la terrasse. Merci Marie-Hélène on se voit l’année prochaine

Belle vacances à part quelques petite choses.
Nous avons bien aimé notre séjour. Les seule choses que nous améliorerons serait d'ajouter des chaises autour de la piscine, et de voir a ce qu'il y ai des moustiquaires dans tous les fenêtres de l'apartement. Les meubles de la terrasse ne sont pas vraiment comfortable, des divans avec coussins serait un atout. Et certain éléments de la cuisinièere ne fonctionne pas. Dans la chambre secondaire les rideaux devraient être opaque car le lampadaire qui se trouve à l'exterieur fait beaucoup de lumière dans la chambre.
A part ces quelques petite choses tout était très bien. :)

Vacances détentes à Las Terrenas
Nous sommes venus pour nous reposer et n'avons pas été déçus d'avoir fait confiance à Marie Helene. L'appartement est comme sur les photos, même encore mieux, la résidence est agréable et bien placée.
Nous recommenderons.
