Our recent visit to this resort was nothing short of frustrating. We arrived early at 7:30 AM for an excursion we had booked online that was supposed to depart at 8:00 AM. However, the experience quickly turned sour.
When we approached the excursion customer service desk, the staff seemed completely clueless about the booking. Instead of resolving the issue promptly, they told us to wait until their manager responded. They disappeared without providing any updates, leaving us hanging for over an hour. By the time 8:00 AM came and went, we were finally informed that the excursion had not been available for months!
What’s baffling is why they didn’t tell us this immediately instead of wasting our entire morning. A responsible business would have offered an alternative activity or at least communicated honestly.
To add insult to injury, the refund process has been a nightmare. Despite calling, emailing, and speaking to staff in person, all we’ve received are empty assurances that “the refund is coming.” It’s now been 11 days, and we’re still waiting for our money.
This lack of organization, accountability, and customer care is shocking. While I’ve accepted the wasted morning, being out the money for an excursion we didn’t even get to enjoy is unacceptable. I strongly advise against trusting this resort with your time or money.
