We believe it’s the ultimate location to experience San Antonio the way it should be. Get ready to get inspired! Very close to some fabulous sites, with only 8 minutes drive to downtown. All in all, guaranteed enjoyment and relaxation. Settle in by zoning out in the spa like bathroom or relax in the newly updated shared backyard space.

There is a Casita in the backyard that is also listed and therefore the backyard is a share space for all guests. If you’d wish to book both listings please reach out.

Overall okay, not very many amenities as we’ve had with every other vacation homes. Back bedroom was extremely cold. Feel like a few things should be disclosed before booking.

Amazing property
This was an amazing property in the heart of San Antonio. It was clean and cute with an older house charm. People complaining about the location must not know downtown areas. It was a fine locations and neighbors were even friendly saying hello when we arrived. Host was great with communication. We will try to stay here again when we visit in the summer.

Quiet neighborhood
We enjoyed our 2 night stay in this clean and well kept house in a quiet neighborhood. There was a little confusion about where to park but the accommodation itself was very good.

Lovely House
The inside of this little house is very pretty, clean and comfortable. We loved it here. Very convenient to SA. The neighborhood is a transitional one and a slight bit sketchy but we felt safe here.

A for effort
Pros: - Clean, well renovated space - Comfortable bed in master bedroom - Reasonably priced Cons: - Scary neighborhood, especially at night! Didn’t feel very safe - Very uncomfortable beds in second room. Kids were quite unhappy with their sleeping situation - Gross smell throughout the house. Seems to be an air freshener covering up something more noxious.Headache inducing

Beautiful place to stay!
Just stayed for 2 nights and wish we could’ve stayed longer!! The pictures truly don’t do this place justice. The house was bigger than we expected and was perfect for our mini vacation. It was very close to Frost Bank Center where we were going for a concert. I will definitely be staying here again!!

This little house was very nice, clean, and easy to get to. It was only 10 minutes to downtown San Antonio. The furnishings in the house were very nice and comfortable. The owner was helpful. Although communicating through emails took a little longer to get some answers. My sister and I had a great stay.

The house inside is lovely and clean. Has a great bath tub! Nice cute house. The neighborhood is a little rough, but we didn’t feel unsafe at all. There is a little house in the back yard which shares the back yard area. We didn’t know that when booking. There is a driveway however the person who was staying in the back house was parked there. The owner sent a message to say we could use the driveway. We were woken up at 7am and asked to move our car off the driveway. So we were all woken up earlier than we wanted. We would probably stay again, but without our kids due to the little house in the back and having to share the space.

Lovely home
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the place. The property manager is great! The home is clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Because it is a historic place, it is in an older neighborhood with homes that don’t look as nice. The location was very convenient for where we were going in town. The casita was occupied but honestly, we never saw them. We would definitely stay again.

Perfect Texas home.
The house was super cute and very clean. The host Ivan was very communicative and easy to reach. We didn’t have to travel more than 15 for anything we came to do in San Antonio. Overall great stay.

Overpowering air fresheners and bad neighborhood.
My husband & I drove 6 hours to San Antonio to see our granddaughter graduate. I rented this house because it had a recliner in the living room where I could sleep since I can no longer sleep in a bed because of an injury in 2022. However we couldn’t stay here because I couldn’t breathe due to overpowering air fresheners. I have severe asthma which is chemically induced. I had been in contact with the property manager & explained my condition & specifically asked that there be no plug-ins or air fresheners of any kind because I wouldn’t be able to stay otherwise. When we got there & open the door, the smell knocked me backwards. I was not even able to go into the house. My husband tried opening the windows & unplugging all the air fresheners. There was 4 in total! The house is not that big therefore it was so saturated that even opening the windows did not help enough for me to be able to stay there. The manager did give back our money, which by the way had been charged to my credit card the month before when I placed the reservation. I gave 3⭐️ for accuracy of online property description, and overall cleanliness. I could not go in the house & see for myself so I could not rate this 1 or a 5. However, my husband said the 2 smaller beds were smaller twin size. The neighborhood was pretty bad. 1⭐️ There is no handrails connected to the stairs on the front porch. Someone lives in the backyard, which is creepy. We had to drive 6 hours back home.

Love the house! The neighbors were super nice. It definitely felt like home away from home. We will definitely stay again! The only negative i have to say is its gets HOT during the day and takes hours to cool off( if your gone all day) we ended up getting a small fan and it helped a lot! Oh! Dont cook bacon or anything with a high smoke, it WILL set off the smoke alarms lol but overall a great stay!

Not in a good neighborhood
This house is not in a good neighborhood. I could park my truck in the driveway and the backyard is shared. I was not informed of this unit the day of check in . The inside of the house is okay . The house is much smaller than in the pictures but it was okay for one night .
