The receptionist in the evening and the one in the morning were so friendly and helpful. Our plans got changed last minute and we were stuck with a larger uhaul and when we checked in the receptionist was so helpful in finding us parking in their nearby lot and made check in so smooth. In the morning our uhaul was blocked by another car but the morning receptionist was able to find the guest and got it moved. Excellent and friendly service!

Didn't like reserving a room for two nights and on the reservation they asked if you need anything, I replied three of us need a roll away bed for our son, so we thought hotel would supply this. When we asked about it, they acted like we were strange, and said we don't have any! They should have told us when we made the reservation, then we could have brought a small cot or sleeping bag, for our 12 year old son.
