The compound where the Irene Bungalow is located at has access to a communal swimming pool with garden area. It is located in the heart of this tourist centre, one of the best known and most visited in Europe, a short walk from shopping centres, restaurants, cafes and shops, pharmacies, etc.

The south of Gran Canaria has a very wide and varied offer of leisure and free time as well as activities for the whole family and, especially, water sports on the beach in Maspalomas or Playa del Inglés.

Ruhig gelegener Bungalow mit winzigen Schönheitsfehlern

Die Bungalow-Anlage liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend von Playa del Ingles, zwischen der Cita und der Strandpromenade im Bereich der Dünen von Maspalomas. Zutritt zur Anlage erhält man nur über eine verschlossene Zugangstür, so dass kein Zutritt von Fremden möglich ist. Die U-förmig angelegten Bungalows befinden sich alle in privatem Besitz und manche davon, so wie dieser, werden vermietet. In der Mitte der Anlage befindet sich ein schöner, gepflegter Pool. Die Bilder geben das Objekt originalgetreu wieder. Der Bungalow ist für 2 Personen ideal. Er ist modern eingerichtet und gestaltet, so wie es auf den Bildern ersichtlich ist. Das unbestrittene Highlight aber ist die Dachterrrasse! Wie haben dort praktisch jede freie Minute verbracht, die wir "zu Hause" waren und wir haben uns wirklich zu Hause gefühlt! Man kann von der Dachterrasse auch schon das Meer sehen. Wer im Urlaub Ruhe und Entspannung sucht ist hier genau richtig. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich fußläufig ( 5 min) in der Cita und genauso schnell ist man an der Strandpromenade. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter "Villa Gran Canaria" verlief reibungslos über WhatsApp ebenso wie der Check-in und Check-out Vorgang. Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden und können diesen Bungalow uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Ich habe einen Stern bei "Sauberkeit des Objekts" abgezogen (keine andere passende Kategorie gefunden) weil z.B. auf der Dachterrasse kleinere Schönheitsreparaturen am Bodenbelag nötig wären.
