very bad service
he organization inquires about my findings during the stay. In our case: mustard after the meal! Two adult men who have to make do with 3 towels... When we asked the local Spanish contact person, we were told that it is not a hotel! Apparently I indicated that 3 pieces will be enough for a week. Also, according to the same contact person, we have a washing machine at our disposal. Perhaps you can explain to me that only 3 pieces will be enough? In addition, I have indicated that running a washing machine for 3 loads is unnecessarily harmful to the environment. So I washed these by hand. However, when a serious problem presented itself, I pressed the on/off control button inwards, which made it impossible to operate the machine. This was done without any force, and I also have enough knowledge to know how to press a button... if you have any doubts about that. Reported this defect immediately. However, no one from the organization bothered to investigate afterwards, because it could also be a minor defect... Nor was any alternative offered. In my opinion this could have been better! A second toilet roll in the cupboard would not have been an unnecessary luxury.
I wonder if the service is always this poor, or have I 'just' been unlucky?
I therefore expect at least an apology for the inconveniences I have experienced. I can also assume that the financial settlement will not be to the detriment of the customer. If yes, I will share my experiences further.
