En general todo bien, la ubicacion excelente. El personal amable, el desayuno muy completo. Lo único malo fueron algunos huéspedes q tenían pláticas con voces muy fuertes alrededor de las 4am y no dejaban dormir.

Bonito hotel tipo hacienda bonitos jardines los cuartos muy decorados con balcón súper recomendado, su personal muy amables desde meseros recepcionistas y los de limpieza todos muy amables

Me gustó mucho el estilo colonial, la habitación que me tocó fue en la primera sección del hotel, donde realmente pude apreciar los detalles arquitectónicos de las estructuras antiguas, considero que el precio está excelente respecto a la calidad de los servicios, además de que me queda prácticamente cerca de todo. Mi desayuno exquisito, doña Mari siempre atenta.

No respetaron las condiciones de la reservación, en vez de adoptar una posición de prestador de servicio dijo que era abogado y que lo denunciara si quería, que acudiera a Profeco, que hoteles.com era el responsable de mi reserva, que el hotel no se hacia responsable de las reservas hechas en hoteles.com, quien sabe que tipo de relación hay entre hoteles.com y el hotel porque en el establecimiento dijeron que ellos tenían otros datos,yo tengo mí reserva y es la que cuenta y debieron respetar y no lo hicieron, dieron el tipo de habitación que quisieron y negaron los desayunos, dijeron que me podía ir si quería pero ya tenían los datos de mí tarjeta así que hubieran hecho el cargo por nada por lo que decidí obtener algo aunque fuera lo que les diera su gana
