My downstairs two-bedroom, one-bathroom condo located just a block from the boardwalk at the corner of Felspar and Mission Blvd. This stylish space is designed for comfort and convenience. The living room features a cozy sofa, a large 65" flatscreen HDTV, and a chic white coffee table. The living area seamlessly flows into the dining room and kitchen, where you'll find all your basic cooking needs and an unlimited supply of Keurig coffee.

Both bedrooms are equipped with hotel-quality queen-size beds and 55" TVs, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a day of beachfront fun. The location itself is a highlight, as it's right in the heart of Pacific Beach, where all the restaurants and entertainment action happens. You'll have easy access to the waterfront boardwalk, shops, and Belmont Park, offering a nostalgic beachfront amusement experience. Beyond the beach, you're just minutes away from attractions like SeaWorld and a short drive from the San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park, and downtown San Diego.

I allow pets but my place has a strict no-smoking policy as there are other units on the property. Quite time is at 10pm and I don't allow parties.

We didn't know much about San Diego except that we wanted to be near the beach. Several areas were recommended to us by friends but we ultimately decided on the Pacific Beach area. The location and area is great. Conveniently located near Mission Boulevard, everything we needed from groceries, restaurants and most importantly, the beach, was nearby. I would definitely stay in this area again.

Short but sweet
We were only there for a few days, but the place was cute and clean. Very close to the beach and lots of restaurants. Would definitely stay there again. Had a small snafu when checking in as we didn’t receive the check in info via email and had a bit of a hard time reaching the owner, but worked it out and really enjoyed our time there.

Perfect location
Took our toddler daughter for some time at the beach and the zoo. This little property was perfect for the three of us. Restaurants, shopping, and groceries are all within walking distance or are short car ride away. We walked to the beach every day and it had everything we needed to feel safe, comfortable, and have a great time. I believe only one other unit in the building was being rented at the time of our stay, and they were quiet and we didn’t hear/see much from them. On the day of check out, our little one sat on the front step, pouted and proclaimed “I don’t want to leave our new house! We had no issues and contact with our host David was fast and easy. If we have a repeat of our vacation to this area, I wouldn’t hesitate to book here again.
