TÄMÄN KOTI
Tämä viehättävä koti sijaitsee ihanteellisella paikalla lähellä kaikkia San Diegon tärkeimpiä nähtävyyksiä. Pitkän illan viettämisen jälkeen ja noin "America's Finest City" -palvelussa palaa kaikkiin kodin mukavuuksiin tässä kauniissa, äskettäin uusitussa loma-asunnossa! Koti sijaitsee historiallisella alueella, Sherman Heights, joka on eklektinen, monimuotoisuuden rikas kaupunkialue; sijaitsee vain muutaman korttelin päässä keskustaan keskikaupungista.
Tämä koti on ihanteellinen perheille, liikematkailijoille ja pariskunnille.

Tässä kodissa on valoisa, avoin pohjaratkaisu, moderni ja viihtyisä sisustus, uusi keittiö, jossa graniittiset ja ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistetut kodinkoneet, sekä oma terassi ja takapiha, jossa BBQ-grilli, nauttia kauniista näkymistä keskustaan. Communicative Hosts

The property was nice and clean and had great instructions and communication from hosts. Comfortable beds, easy to use thermostat, nice yard for kids. The only thing I’d warn the light sleepers out there about - one night there was a loud barking dog that woke up our family at 12:30 am and again around 5:30 am. It went on for a long time. We didn’t get much sleep that night. I texted the hosts the next morning and they immediately responded saying they had complained to the neighbor. The next 2 nights we stayed there were ok. The host has noise machines in the bedrooms which is great and helpful. But it you’re a light sleeper this could be an issue for you, and not really something the hosts can control so I felt it important to mention while still giving 5 stars - as the hosts did what was in their control to mitigate the problem and were very responsive.

Spring Break in SD

The house was clean, well taken care of and close to freeways and to all the places we wanted to go. It was also a few blocks from the city, so we had easy access to downtown, but this also comes with experiencing all of what the city offers. All in all it was a very nice house and we had a great time on our trip and staying at this house.

We booked to use as a hub for college visits with our teenagers. The home was centrally located to everything and all of the colleges and we got to give the kids a taste of many parts of San Diego!The home was clean and well maintained and had all the basic amenities we needed!

Spring Break

We stayed here during our spring break vacation from Franklin Tn. The property was in great shape and the house was very clean upon arrival. They have a book that was very helpful detailing restaurants around the area, and other important info. Parking can be an issue but I always dropped the family off and found a place to park. The backyard is pretty secluded and relaxing in the morning. I was excited to see they had a real coffee maker and not that k-cup garbage.

Conveniently located to everything

Within 12 hours of arriving we had a medical emergency. This house was conveniently located 5 minutes from the hospital which allowed us to go home, freshen up, and return back to the hospital. Because most of our time was spent at the hospital and we could not cook, the variety of food places within the general vicinity was appreciated. I’m thankful for the house being clean and offering all the amenities we needed during a very stressful time.

Stylish functional home

we had a delightful experience at the property. The property itself is absolutely lovely and perfectly suited for accommodating a few guests. One of the highlights is its convenient location, being just an 8-minute drive to the water. While we opted to use Uber for our transportation needs, we noticed that there is plenty of parking space available for those who prefer to drive.There is one small recommendation I would like to make. We found the TV in the property to be quite small. While this certainly didn't deter us from having an amazing time, a larger TV would definitely enhance the overall experience for future guests.Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay, especially just hanging out and relaxing at the property. Thank you for providing such a wonderful place for us to stay.

Superb San Diego

We are walkers so enjoyed accessing Gaslamp, Little Italy, Balboa Park, Ferry to Coronado all on foot. Authentic neighbourhood which we prefer. Communication with property management and owner efficient and timely. Incredibly well equipped home. Thoughtful snack awaiting us. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms excellent. Loved the city and felt very lucky to have found this home.

The place is super cute, very comfortable great location and has parking around it. We cooked many nights in the spacious well stocked kitchen and even used the BBQ a few times. Would definitely use again.

Wonderful vacation rental!

We rented the home for 10 days. It was spotless and everything we needed was there. It was close to just about everything and out of the way enough to be quiet in the evening. Staying in contact with the owners was a breeze and they made everything easy for us during check-in and check-out. I would recommend this holiday home to anyone! 5 stars all the way!

Lovely time in SD

This property was excellent. It was very clean upon arrival. The kitchen was stocked with items we didn’t expect—spices, paper towels, plastic food bags. That pattern was evident throughout—laundry soap, shampoo, etc. the house is located close to downtown which made it easy to get around. There is an attractive backyard and grill. The only hurdle was finding a parking spot in front of the house. We usually had to park a block or two away but that was only a minor inconvenience. Overall, we would definitely stay here again.

Fabulous place providing everything.

Fabulous rental with professional hosts. They provided everything we could think of to make this stay very easy. Thank you so much.The only negative is that we felt slightly unsafe in the area with many homeless around at night, shouting, going through our bins and banging on car bonnets. A real shame as I'm sure it's just a sign of the times and not the hosts fault in anyway.

Christa’s 60th Bday Getaway

Overall the home was absolutely lovely. Parking was hard. Many times we had to park 1/2 to a block away. Not a huge deal. But next time I’d just Uber from this spot unless you’re going far out of town. The pillows were hard. That’s the only complaint and that’s just a personal preference.

My husband and I took my elderly parents to this beautiful 2 bedroom 1 1/2 home for a 3 night 4 day stay. We loved it because it was clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The location of this home is excellent to traveling over to Coronado.

Great House

Great house, and the owners did a fantastic job making the check-in and check-out process easy. Everything within their control was excellent. However, what I didn’t like was the number of homeless people walking around the area. Less than a block away, there is a homeless camp with portable toilets on the street. With a 4- and 6-year-old, we didn’t feel very safe, but this is beyond the owners' control. Overall, the house was great. While it’s conveniently close to Gaslamp, the location seems better suited for singles rather than families.

Really is an urban oasis!

From the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out, the experience was amazing! If you're looking for a nice, cozy and centrally located place to vacation in San Diego, this is the place. We were there for the graduation of our Marine. It was minutes from everything. Parking really was the only issue we had. You might have to park a block or 2 away. If you're not ready and waiting for a spot to to park you might be walking a block or 2. All in all even with the parking, it was a perfect perfect little spot to vacation.

Perfect Place To Call Home

I stayed with my wife and daughter while on business, and this house was a perfect place, pretty close to everything. This was the first time we didn't need a rental car, as Uber picked us up right from the door, and about $8.00 later we could be anywhere. But it's also a walkers' paradise. 20 minutes straight to the Gas Lamp District, another 20 to the Midway Museum. My gals walked from the house to the San Diego Zoo. There's some shopping nearby, and restaurants for lunch. Little Italy and mini street fairs are a great time, all pretty close! I almost didn't rent this house because of some of the reviews mentioned homeless folks around. But that is the reality of San Diego--it can be jarring if you aren't used to seeing people struggling. The house is spotless and welcoming. Everything there is easy to navigate, and there were no issues with anything. There's a grill on the deck (No oven in the kitchen, but surprisingly that wasn't an issue for our stay) and a cozy little yard for chilling out. We had a great stay!
