Be advised that Airplane noise starts at 6:30 AM and stops at 11:00 PM.

The host provides everything we need. Amenities are new and clean. Neighborhood is beautiful and quiet. Location is convenient and there's plenty of street parking available.

Nice residential neighborhood
I’m familiar with Point Loma, so was prepared for the airplane noise. The online photo is a bit deceiving, as the space is actually part of the garage in the back, so it’s more along the lines of a hotel room than a “cottage.” When the owners were in the garage, I was aware of how thin the walls were. Bed is comfy, thermostat is a little tricky. The outdoor space is nice, but I was unsure if it was for me or if it was to be shared.Overall, it worked for my needs and I’ll stay here again when I’m in town!

Great place, super clean
My partner and I were in town for the weekend, and our stay was very nice. Great area to stay (within 20 min of La Jolla, Del Mar, Seaport, Little Italy), and the room was very tidy and clean upon entering. Cecilia was a great host, and we look forward to visiting again in the future.

Perfect stay
Great place to stay for a few days while you explore the city. :) Once in the room, the planes weren't loud enough to be a bother. Also earned 300 extra stars for the cute cats that watch you. They helped me when I was away from our kitties.

Close to airport but noise didn’t bother me and did not disturb me much. Property is very clean and in a nice area. Property owner is very nice and accommodating. A lot of little extras in the cottage that made it feel welcoming.

A cute stay in a beautiful neighborhood
My wife and I had a wonderful stay! You are near the airport so there is lots of loud planes coming and going through the day. It did not bother me or my wife as we were out all day and they stop around 11 pm. The host also offers ear plugs if you need them. Cecilia is a great host! Very quick to message back and very nice. My only real knock on the place is the pillows were not great. They flattened very quickly through the night and I woke up with a sore back most days. Small note if you're looking for somewhere close to the beach, this probably isn't it. Although not terribly far, we did take the bus to the beach. Can't beat this place for the price however! It's in a very nice neighborhood!

Great place for San Diego visit
We really enjoyed the cleanliness and coziness of the property; it was perfect for our stay and visit. Very centrally located such that all major sights are within a few minutes drive. Yes there are the airplanes, but as correctly mentioned in the description, the noise will stop during the night. We highly recommend the place as it is a great value.

Cute place, nice location, very pleased!
Everything was great about the cottage, clean bathroom and room, and microwave and frig was a plus! Also coffee machine, although we didnt use it. If you have sensitivity to airplane noise, bring ear plugs, otherwise you are good to go!

What a fantastic experience this stay was. Perfect location, super close to shopping, the beach, & the airport. Plane noises you hear, here and there but truly you get used to it. Whenever I plan to come back down, I hope to stay here again.

The "Cottage" was very neat and clean! It was close to the airport and easy to get to. It was also very close to "Liberty Public Market. We knew "in advance" that we had to travel to quite a few different places so the "Cottage" worked well for us!
