I want to share my experience at this hotel, we came to little vacation and have some time with my family, to begin with there is no parking included, the cost of valet is $ 60 per night, then in the descriptions they indicate as amenities it has an indoor pool and jacuzzi which was broken out of service , and they never showed it on their website. Third, we stayed for 3 days and requested cleaning service the second night so they would do it on the third day and they never came. It was so disappointing that 3 days with a dirty room, no towels, full trash in cans ... without cleaning utensils. First and last time at this hotel that cost us almost $ 1000 for 3 nights and valet parking which is mandatory because there is no parking in the surroundings. Very dissatisfied and disappointed.

Very nice and clean hotel, professional staff. Cleaning happens everyday even though it states every other day for stays above 3 nights. Breakfast is very expensive for what it is. Convenient store is great. Valet is super efficient!

The hotel feels old and the rooms face eachother more than outside. Everytone was very nice and accommodating. Checked in early, food good at the restaurant.

On our second day I asked for towels and bathroom tissue, only got towels. The cabinet door that covered the fridge kept falling of the hinges. The sofa bed looked and felt outdated and uncomfortable. The light switch closest to the entrance door did not work properly.

I tried checking in over phone, front desk person said they were swamped with only two staff during the holidays. Staff was rude when calling front desk, saying putting you on hold instantly instead of asking can i put you on hold. Called a second time, then I said I can’t be on hold, then they ignored me and put me on hold. Pool leaking and out of service. Our room was next to the indoor pool, gym, and laundry room, so much noise. Walla so thin you can hear the person next door showering and clearing throat. Honestly for the great location, hotel was a very poor experience because of the staff and our room location. I want my money back to be honest. At night people coming back from the bars were so loud because the walls were so thin.

We were told this had an indoor pool, it is really not indoor and it was too cold for the kids. It was also not heated. Very disappointed as we picked this hotel for that reason

They gave us a room on the corner where the train was going every 10mintues. We asked to change the room, they did not accept. We had to pay $100 extra to change the room just 4 doors from the first room. We still heated the train. The location is very bad.

I really like it. the srever its fast snd nice! The thing i dont have any thing bad about the hotle but it was very unique its of course one of my number 1 favorite holtle.It was beautiful so pretty.but in all it was a 10/10
