Property was nice looking, however service is poor. Was not able to call housekeeping or room service or restaurant as no one answered. Had to go down to the restaurant to order food since no one picked up the phone after calling numerous times. Ran out of toilet paper and after calling for 45 mins, it was still not brought up to our room. Had to go out and find a cleaning lady in the hallway and ask for a roll.

our hotel room floor was soaked for the entirety of our visit. from the moment we checked into the room to the moment we checked out, it never dried and if anything it got worse throughout our stay. it was so wet that we could hear the carpet sloshing around whenever we would walk on it. we alerted hotel staff and they said they would send someone up but all they put in was like a construction fan that did absolutely nothing. it was very inconvenient for us because the wet spot was right in the middle of the room starting from the ac and spread all the way to the beds. it was very uncomfortable and we had to walk around it the whole time we were there.

We payed 76$ deposits and when we sign out , they print a receipt total 76.50 and add 35.99 plus taxes and parking overnight which is all 76.50 so I asked and told them what is 35.99 she said because you watched movies, which wasn’t true and we didn’t know about the movie. Now I don’t know why it’s happening . Hope they refund my money.. its not fair

The room was nice. The $37 a day to park a car was steep and unexpected. I have not been able to sleep in a bed without my hips hurting for a long time. Whatever kind of mattress they have but it was wonderful. Made a huge difference in how I felt the next day.
