Met wayyyy above all of my expectations
The rental delivered as advertised! It was very clean, the views were immaculate, bedroom and living spaces were very comfortable to relax and lounge at and anytime I needed support, Chelsea and Justus was always readily available to support and respond. Would recommend to anyone, and I would book again.

My spouse and I stayed here with another couple for a long weekend. Nice location next to the ballpark. The place is nice with lots of windows/light. I was surprised by the amount of homeless people in the streets nearby.

Perfect Location and Accommodations
This condo is so cute and perfect for two couples. Walking distance to Gaslamp and the water front. Parking available in the parking garage was super easy. Owner was very quick to respond to our messages and nice . While we did not have any dogs with us. The building does allow or have many dogs. It was never a problem, and was so fun to see all the people with their dogs in the building/elevators.

Super clean with great views. Excellent communication with host. Great location to catch a baseball game at Petco park and a short walk to the gas lamp district. Our teen also enjoyed the pool and arcade area. Thanks for a great stay!

Perfect spot for a Baseball Game!
The apartment was right across the street from Petco Park, which was our main reason for the stay. The apartment was well appointed. We had everything we needed and Chelsea went above and beyond to bring us a second key the evening of our check in. The beds were very comfortable. Some of the furniture is slightly worn, but still very comfortable. There were all the necessities we needed (laundry detergent, coffee) to make our quick stay easier and more enjoyable. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Very clean, great view. Friendly host. Purpose of trip was to attend a game at Petco Park. So easy to walk across the street. The arcade area was fun with a teen. Loved sitting on the balcony in the mornings watching the city wake up.

Great stay for a family vacation
We loved our stay here. It was spacious and convenient. The building had many different amenities that we used. We loved being across the street from Petco Park and so close to some of San Diego’s tourist attractions. Having the parking garage was a bonus for our rental car. Chelsea was helpful and easy to communicate with.

Great views - nice building
We were there for a conference, and this was much more fun than staying at a hotel. Condo is great. Views are amazing. My only request would be more than one key. We were there for business and it was hard to coordinate who had the key. Thanks for everything. We'd book again for sure.

Awesome apartment in a great part of San Diego. Park 12 is one of the nicest apartment buildings downtown with underground parking and amenities. My friends and I had a great time for my birthday and would stay here again!

Great stay
We stayed here for about two weeks with our 5 year old & 2 year old. It was a great size for the four of us, loved the view & living room space! Upon arrival everything was very clean and our host was great with communicating with us about traffic the day of and making sure we knew how to get the keys and everything. The only thing I would suggest is having more kitchen basics. All the glassware was bar glassware, no regular just drinking cups/glasses and just having more cooking utensils. Otherwise we definitely recommend this location!

Nice Spot
This is a great, clean apartment for having a place to sleep and hang in a good location, but it does lack some basic home amenities. The apartment building has a lot of fun features. Chelsea was terrific.
