The bathroom came with no shower curtain. I was given towels that were stained. The mattress was very uneven. It had a deep gap. Very uncomfortable to sleep in. I found trash from the previous stay a dirty sock and a empty soda bottle Due to the the mattress being old and uncomfortable. I couldnt sleep.

First and foremost this has been by far the worst Motel 6 I have stayed in. No ice bucket, no ice in the ice machine. Ice buckets are only provided for Premium room reservations.. Beyond ridiculous. Also, when we entered the room there was no towels either.. flimsy old pills and the room was filled with cigarette odor. It was awful to the point where I had to blast the AC on high to get the strong odor out. They also charge for parking, per vehicle, per spot. I contacted Expedia support to see if I could get a refund and haven't been successful yet. Stay away from this property. Pay the extra $30 and $25 dollars for parking by Gaslamp. It's much nicer and way safer.

I would say if I actually stayed there. Turns out this hotel overbooks guests only to not provide them with a parking spot when you arrive. Mind you I arrived at 6 pm to check in. Somehow they implemented a “first come first serve” parking so I was shh out of luck when I showed up. The clerk in the front (she was nice) provided a parking down the street where you can park for a fabulous price of $40 per 12 hour max. Aint that nice 😅 Stop overbooking if you can’t provide parking!!!!
