If you want to really "stay at the beach" then this house is for you!
The Space:
Welcome to Margaritaville! It's 5 o'clock somewhere and this house is ready for it. From the inside bar to the outside beach-glimpsing patio or cabana-covered patio, you will have nothing to consider but where to take in the best weather in the world! This house features a 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, one of which has a tub. You can sit on the front porch and listen to the waves as all of Ocean Beach passes by on the way to one of the best beaches in San Diego. Or you can relax in the lush oasis of the backyard that is made for beach living. Pagoda, outdoor lights, grill...all that you need to enjoy the outside with friends and family.
Guest Access:
The entire home is yours including the exclusive use of the outdoor patio adjoining the home (note, however, there is a separate guest house with its own space adjoining the backyard at the rear of the property; while the guest house is adjacent to the backyard it has its own separate parking and outdoor space...While the 2 are connected the spaces are in no way shared (other than the common area washer/dryer in the courtyard)).

The Neighborhood:
OB is the hippest and most "neighborly" of San Diego's beach communities. There is nothing quite like the non-corporate lifestyle of Ocean Beach. The locals here love OB for its eclectic community that supports a range of wonderful small shops, restaurants, bars and coffee houses. You will find some of the best food, drink and shopping in the local area. All of OB is accessible on foot from this location. So enjoy and take it all in!
Getting Around:
Rental bikes and scooters are plentiful for rent by the hour/day/week. Uber/Lyft are very active in San Diego and the assigned parking guarantees that you will always have parking should you venture out into greater San Diego.
Other Things to Note:
Note that this is a "traditional" beach bungalow. What that means is that a premium is placed on outdoor space so the rooms are literally connected to one another. However, each room has its own entry ((the master off the main living area and the two back bedrooms have doors that lead directly to the backyard) so privacy can still be had.
For stays longer than 30 days, I require a deposit in the amount of one month's rent to be paid offline due 60 days prior to arrival as well as a formal lease agreement.
This property is pet friendly, though we don't allow cats here. There is a $100 pet fee applied after booking. If you have any questions please ask!
Interaction with Guests:
We are a self-service destination (check-in details will be sent 3 days prior to arrival). However, we are also a full-service, professional management company (that has been a Superhost/Preferred Partner for over 4 years running) and we are just a phone call/text/email away and have agents that are almost never more than 10 minutes away should a need arise.
