The Omni was such a great experience. Before we checked in they reached out to check if i had any questions and helped me decorate my friend room for her bachelorette weekend. The dtaff was so friendly and super helpful. Loved the experience!

Without asking received a “free” upgrade from a Junior Suite to an Executive Suite. Room was bigger but the harbor view was actually train tracks and the side of our building. Which blocked the view I paid for. They sent me an email asking how I liked the room. I let them know. No reply back. And upon check out they included a $50 per night upgrade charge! What? They removed it but???? No bell person available at check in so I grabbed luggage roller and served myself. The lobby bar is not open til 4:00? Roof top bar opens at 1:00 and is nice. Room was fine. Shower doors a bit tricky with no inside handle so closing it once inside is interesting. Need to be a contortionist to reach the toilet paper! And I’m 6’2”! Oh, and no airport shuttle. Great location for a Padres game, restaurants.
