Yksityinen uima-allas! Kaikki sinun tämä vuokra. Olemme erikoistuneet lomalle tai yrityskotiin Kalifornian rannikolla. Allas on yksityinen. Lyhytaikaiset tai pitkäaikaiset vieraat olivat tervetulleita. Nukkuu 4. Olemme hyvällä paikalla San Diegossa, lähellä rantaa ja lähellä lahtea. Meillä on kietoutuva altaan reunalla, joka on täydellinen auringonottoon. Kattokerroksesta on kauniit näkymät kaupunkiin ja lahdelle. Sisällä nautit valoisasta ilmavasta ympäristöstä lattiasta kattoon ulottuvilla ikkunoilla.
Vuokramme on suunniteltu budjetti tietoiselle matkailijalle. Poolside-vierastalomme tarjoaa loistavan paikan yöpymiseen edulliseen hintaan. Lyhytaikaiset tai pitkäaikaiset vieraat ovat tervetulleita. Yksityisessä uima-altaan talossa on 1 makuuhuone, jossa queen-size-vuode ja 1 kylpyhuone. Olohuoneessa on myös mukava alasveto Murphy-sänky, johon mahtuu neljä vierasta.

Nauti vierailustasi tässä klassisessa Kalifornian kodissa, jossa on yli 700 neliöjalkaa tilaa. Suuressa olohuoneessa / keittiössä on tehokas keittiö ja ruokailutila. Meillä on myös iso terassi uima-altaan äärellä, joka on varustettu grillauksella. Nauti ulkoterassilla ympäri vuoden aterian uima-altaan vieressä. Muista, että yksikössä ei ole ilmastointilaitetta, tarvitset sitä harvoin rannikolla. Toimitamme faneja.

Tänä vuonna päivitimme olohuoneemme lisäämällä 50 tuuman HDTV: n. Plus, olemme juuri päättäneet rakentaa uuden kietoa kannen uima-altaan! Voit luottaa myös pesukoneeseen ja kuivausrumpuun, joka tulee vuokraan. Äskettäin uusittu aidamme tarjoaa erinomaisen yksityisyyden. Tule oleskelemaan kanssamme San Diegon rantayhteisössä Point Loma, Ocean Beach.
Tämä huoneisto on saanut mahtavaa palautetta sijainnistaan. Majoituspaikka sijaitsee kävelymatkan päässä kohteesta Point Loma Nazarene University (yliopisto). Excellent location and communication
No huge complaints from our end.. this house has everything you needed. The Keurig wasn't functioning properly and Pete immediately brought down a backup so we didn't go without our morning joe! Unfortunately Pete had closed the pool due to cooler temperatures a couple weeks before we arrived..a bit of a bummer that we wish we would have known before we arrived as we were planning to use it.. Even if it was cold. But ultimately we understood the situation and it was a mild bummer. Also you are staying in a pool house/basement so there is a bit of a musty basement type smell but once you were there for a bit you got used to it and it wasn't a huge deal. Overall we were very happy with the location and the amenities and Pete was very nice and accommodating.. We would definitely hit up Pete again if we come back to visit San Diego. Very awesome vacation overall. Adam

Location, location, location!!!
This apartment was perfectly located for our trip. My son graduated from MCRD and I wanted to spend time in the area after his graduation for some sight seeing and zen time. The apartment is a 10–15-minute drive from the base and airport and 5 minutes to the ocean. It gives the quiet residential vibe and the neighborhood is safe. The apartment is very cute and clean, and the property is much prettier than pictures show. I only wish the weather was warmer, so we could've enjoyed the pool and rooftop. Our friendly and lovely hosts greeted us upon arrival and were very thorough going over everything in the apartment, so we were well informed and had no questions during our stay. I will definitely use them again if I return to the San Diego area.

A true gem
Pete was an excellent host while I stayed at this great spot. I wanted to spend my time in the gorgeous Point Loma / Sunset Cliffs area so the location was perfect. The unit itself has its own private oasis with patio, pool, gas grill and roof deck all secluded by tree cover and greenery. Extremely quiet and centrally located in a high end residential neighborhood. Items provided for guests reflected a keen sense for hospitality done right and attention to detail. The owners of the property live on the level above the unit and, as I was traveling alone, I found it comforting. I highly recommend this Vrbo and I'm very picky.

Best VRBO Ever
I can’t say enough good things about our stay. Pete, the owner, is one of the kindest people we have ever met. He has thought of everything you can possibly need, and is readily available for any questions. Super clean and SO much better than any hotel. Private entrance with the cutest lights. The pool is AMAZING, they even had swim toys that my daughter loved. My husband ended up being unexpectedly hospitalized while on our vacation, Pete went above and beyond to take care of us and make sure we were not stranded if we had to extend our stay. It is close to everything, just minutes to the Marine Depot (the reason for our trip). Cannot recommend enough. You will not regret booking here.

What a wonderful host! We enjoyed the very comfortable guesthouse. Beds were super comfy for a good night's rest. It was a great location just minutes to the beach and other areas as we explored San Diego and especially finding local taco eateries and other restaurants close by. Wonderful stay at the pool house
Our family of 3 had a truely fantastic stay here. The pool house was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable, relaxing stay. Having the private pool right out the door was a great perk. The location made exploring the area easy. Grocery store, restaurants, beaches, and scenic areas nearby. The neighborhood was quiet which was so nice after being out and about. The owner (Pete) was very responsive and made us feel welcome. He was very friendly and we so appreciated his tips and recommendations. Would definitely recommend this place!

We enjoyed our stay very much! Pete was kind and welcoming and made us feel like family. The location was very nice and really close to everything but not right in the city. The pool was very nice to come home to after a long day. The home itself was very clean with lots of amenities. Overall it was a very positive experience, we would love to stay there again and would recommend to anyone!

I now understand all the wonderful ratings this place has received. Pete was a wonderful host. Available to answer any questions and very kind. Such a quiet and serene area. We didn’t use the pool much because we were out seeing the city. Sitting next to the pool was therapeutic as well for morning coffee or evening wind down. Would return here in a heartbeat for another visit.

Pete ours host, was wonderful. He was always concerned that we had an excellent stay and pointed out a number of his fav’s in Ocean beach area. We had private access to the pool which was part of the stay at the location, unfortunately we did not get to have much pool time. The location was in reasonable driving distance to Sea world, Downtown excursions, places to shop for souvenirs and mini of the wonderful beach areas.

Beautiful but not "whole-place-to-yourself"
Pete was very easy to communicate with from the get-go. He replied to messages promptly and ensured we had everything we needed before arrival. The place was exactly how it was shown in the pictures and had all the amenities, plus extras if we needed (towels, for example). The pool was great and the garden is gorgeous. However, the promise of a "place-to-yourself" was not true. We were not given instructions for arrival other than to contact the host. This forced us to use international data to do so. Upon arrival, he showed us the place but all of the info could have been given online ahead of time. Furthermore, Pete and his wife often came down to the rented space. They were donning and doffing the pool cover, cleaning the pool, and even left dirty socks in our area. They were nice, but we were capable of doing all of those tasks ourselves. Most disappointing was that there was no way to lock the doors to our rented space. There were two glass sliding doors and no way to lock either. This made us uneasy. I think this could be a perfect spot if there were locks installed for the rented space and if the owners provided information ahead of time, then refrained from disturbing the guests.

Awesome property!
Everything about our stay was wonderful. The listing is very accurate. Clean and private. The host, Pete, was generous with his hospitality and provided a great experience for my family. He and his wife even left a cake to celebrate my son's bday. Such a nice surprise. My kids 12 and 4 absolutely loved the pool and slept well on the murphy bed and couch. The bed was comfortable and many linens and towels were provided. Zero complaints. The location is great and absolutely beautiful. I will plan another stay here for sure.

The property is as described and as an added bonus a calming, quiet, private beautiful space to spend time when you are not out and about. Pete was very welcoming and friendly.
