Parking is $50 a night rip off Resort fee we asked Sheraton San Diego to waive it it was only $30 as one time courtesy and I got charged for that too. Overall they get 3 1/2 stars

The property was very clean and quiet. The pool/jacuzzi were unavailable so we had to go to their sister property, but the shuttle was quick and easy. The lobby needs some TLC; very generic, not warm or a place to sit and relax. The front desk didn't know about a cocktail hour, which turned out to be at the other location.

Really helpful front desk staff, restaurant was really slow. Pool and gym were elite facilities and location couldn’t be better, on a great running route. Room was really nice and overall really enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful view from room. Staff extremely nice and helpful. Common areas of hotel, clean and being cleaned. Restaurants nice selection.

Charging $49 a day for self parking is absurd. On Friday Jan 3rd the main restaurant was closed due to hotel occupancy being low.
