I’m not Sure why vrbo Is letting me review a place I wasn’t able to stay at but.
The owners canceled my stay 12 hours before our trip. At first, it was sweet. They sent me a confirmation about staying and Even offered an earlier check and check out time. But when I asked them for A later check out because it was my birthday and my friends and I were going to be outside of the house all night They let my message her a day with no response then text me out of the blue saying that they’ve canceled my trip and that we cannot go stay at this house. So at 12 o’clock at night, technically on my birthday, I was given the news that my birthday trip I planned around this stay Wasn’t gonna happen. I had to find a new place to stay and now I don’t think I got my refund because vrbo Is here having me review A place that canceled on me. The house may be nice, but the owners are unprofessional. I wouldn’t plan a trip here, but if you do. Proceed with caution.
