My families stay here at the Springfield was wonderful. There was plenty of space for us in the room, including for my doggy. The room was very clean, no funny smells. Pool area was nice as well as the lobby. They have lots of snacks and even beer and wine to purchase there in the lobby. There is a fee for overnight parking which I was not aware of until we got there, but since that's pretty standard these days I was not totally shocked. This room was worth every cent. The included breakfast was decent enough. I also found it quite nice that there is a target, in n out, taco bell, Dave's hot chicken and a shopping mall very nearby. I'd definitely return here.

I was in town for my Grandfather’s funeral, so I was limited in the options for my stay due to the timeframe for planning the trip. I was pleasantly surprised when I got to the hotel. The staff was genuinely kind and showed so much empathy to me. I never had to ask twice for anything, and I was always met with a smile, and kind words. I was greeted each time I walked in and the staff remembered me and my circumstances. They were quick with suggestions and recommendations for things in the area that would suit me. The breakfast was nice and seemed to consider many food sensitivities. The house keeping staff was amazing, always one step ahead of any needs that arose. Excellent experience in a very rough time of life.

Really helpful and professional staff. Fairly new facility which is well maintained. Lots of parking which was very convenient since I was on a business trip. I did not see that there was a fee for parking overnight, so be sure to keep that in mind. Otherwise I would have gotten any Airbnb nearby if I knew that I would have to pay for parking.

Had a weekend getaway, the property very safe, clean and breakfast had a surprising vege patties, which was a great option as my family does not eat red meat.
