The property sent me a text to give early check in options. I clicked the option I like but when I arrived they were quite curt and told me nothing avail until 4. I use to work front desk at a Vegas casino property, and I know there are early checkouts and they had an 11 am checkout surely they had a room avail by 2. One bathroom floor wasn’t very clean and all vending machines are broken

The hotel may look nice, but service was terrible. Towels and blankets took forever, the room phone didn’t work so we had to use our own phones, and nothing about the experience felt premier or worth the price.

Jose, Robert,and Axel were completely Amazing I had booked a room elsewhere and when I got there found out the condition of the hotel was nothing close to how it was described and the pictures were outdated from when it was renovated a long time ago. So needless to say I was experiencing, some some heavy anxiety. They truly brought me back down to earth. I couldn’t be more grateful to how they calmed me While making the next couple days I stayed enjoyable. Thank you, Donnie Kostecki
