*No parking on property (Driveway Is Off Limits) please use the plenty of free open street parking in front of the house.* *Guests have total access to the private patio right outside of the guesthouse*. *Free full size washer & dryer inside of guesthouse * *No laundry use from the hours of 9pm-7am Thank You*. *Guesthouse Has Two Tommy Bahama Beach Chairs & 8' Foot Umbrella Available For Guests. Please Let Me Know If You Would Like To Have Access To Them On Your Visit And I Will Make Them Available For Guests During There Stay*.
