I had a lovely stay. The hotel is very unique and cute and the location right in little Italy was perfect. The staff were also super friendly, I will definitely look to stay again when in town.

Pleasant hotel a block from Little Italy
This is an old building with window air conditioners. Single rooms are small, with a double bed. Towels were very good. Parking is $25/day in a garage two blocks away. Staff was friendly and helpful. There are many restaurants in walking distance. We've stayed there before and would stay there again.

Hotel itself was whatever, but it is smack dab in middle of little Italy, soo many bars and restaurants, street performers, and even a farmers market on Saturday. It felt like a good place to stay at if you don’t plan spending much time in the room, location location location. Parking was a real pain however

Nice name, but hardly boutique.
The location was perfect. The front desk staff were nice. However, the rooms had issues due to poor maintenance. The hot and cold faucet taps were reversed, the shower valve handle was coming off, the bathroom fan was inoperative, the room had a musty dank smell, they only provided one water and one decaf coffee pod for two people, and the safe was located on a high shelf such that you couldn't see into it at all. The TV and cable worked fine and the A/C worked (which was imperative to be able to evacuate the mildewy smell.) I won't ever stay there again

The guy that greeted me was extremely rude his name was Manny, I spoke to him on the phone and he made an exception and said I can check in at 2pm , when I arrived at 11:45am I spoke with him and he said to me “ you can check in at 2:30pm now “ So I responded and said but I thought you said 2 pm over the phone , then he responded with “ I’ll make it 3 pm if I want too and if you don’t like it leave and go stay somewhere els” They should not have a person like that working there with a bad attitude and extremely rude. Also the pillows in my room 102 smelled of body odor, didn’t smell clean at all. Then I paid for parking $25.00 dollars and when I tryed to leave the parking the attendant told me that those tickets had no credit on them , that they were already expired. So I feel like I was robbed all around, altogether a terrible experience at Urban Boutique hotel, I would not recommend it or ever stay there again.

Nice hotel in the heart of Little Italy. Walking distance from entertainment with various dining options. Quiet, safe, friendly staff. It’s good for couple of days stay. No parking though but wasn’t issue for me since I didn’t bring my car. Public parking available two blocks away for $25/day.
