Villa Sambuco is located in the heart of the Cilento Vallo di Diano and Alburni Park, just 10 minutes from the beautiful beaches of Scario (from its port, the starting point for the Marine Protected Area of Costa degli Infreschi and della Masseta) and the Gulf of Policastro, and only 20-30 minutes from Marina di Camerota and Palinuro.
The house consists of two bedrooms (one double and one twin), a living room with a sofa bed, a kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower. Outside, you'll find a porch with a stunning sea view, an outdoor shower, sink, washing machine, and a garden barbecue. The bedrooms are equipped with spacious wardrobes with drawers, a mirror, electronic safe, TV, and a desk; bed linens are included. Adjustable air conditioning is available in every room. Maximum soundproofing thanks to the latest-generation fixtures. The living room has a sofa bed, a table, and a 28" Smart TV with national and international channels. The fully equipped kitchen is exclusively for your use and includes a refrigerator, sink, four-burner stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, herbal tea boiler, and all the necessary dishes. The dining area has an extendable table (4/6 seats). The internal bathroom has a shower, bidet, toilet, hairdryer, and a set of towels. The porch, with a great sea view, is equipped with a table and armchairs for 6 people. Sun loungers are also available. Dedicated parking for the accommodation and in the shade. The property, over 30,000 sqm, features various types of oaks, olive trees, and native fruit trees (figs, pears, apples, cherries, apricots, mulberries, etc.), and an organic vegetable garden for growing seasonal vegetables. SMOKING IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN INSIDE THE ACCOMMODATION. Small pets are allowed. A "Concierge Service" is available: a dedicated mobile number at your disposal 24/7 for any information and/or booking of various services. Check-out by 9 am and check-in from 2 pm (for late check-out or early check-in, please check with the Management). Full payment of the stay upon check-in. At the discretion of the Management, a security deposit may be required upon arrival to cover any damages and to ensure that the property is treated with respect.
