Luxurious penthouse apartment located on a peaceful spot on Phase 1 with a large rooftop solarium furnished with sun loungers and a large wooden pergola when some shade is needed. A lift is available to take you directly to the top floor.

Free Wifi and satellite TV with a DVD player and a small selection of films is provided in the apartment. TV channels are similar to a UK Freeview package and include BBC & ITV channels.

The master bedroom has a lovely king size bed plus en- suite with shower over bath. Bedroom 2 to the rear of the property has two single beds and is beside the bathroom with shower.

Pools on the ground level have easy access and are shared by a small number of apartments, so is seldom over-crowded. The small pool is great for the little ones and right next to the bigger pool. There are showers and it is a very clean area.

Our property is managed locally so you can be assured of a professional meet and greet service along with peace of mind of a contact during your stay.

The apartment is located within the Dave Thomas designed Roda Golf Development with an excellent golf range.

Less than a minute walk is Oasis Bulaver, where you´ll find a variety of everything. Just to name a few: Pizza and Pasta restaurants, Chinese restaurant, German restaurant, Kebab and burger restaurant, Swedish restaurant, Bulgarian, English Bar and restaurant, excellent Sea food restaurant, plenty of Spanish restaurants and bars, English butcher shop, news agent, beauty salon and dry cleaners.

There are 3 supermarkets within walking distance, 5 minute walk takes you to the Saturday market, famous for the huge supply of fresh fruit and vegetables, clothing and grilled chicken.

The beach is a 20-30 minute walk passing lofts of bars and cafes on the way.

No hot water for whole stay
The property was perfectly nice - clean and tidy. Unfortunately when we got there, there was no water in the boiler. We had to fill the boiler and turn it on. It then turned out to be that the boiler was broken and we had no hot water. We contracted the number we were given for communication during the stay. We were told it would be fixed and the following day an engineer came out. He simply turned the thermostat to minimum and said it was fixed. This meant we just got cool water. I contacted the number again. As it was Easter bank holiday there was nothing more that could be done and we were offered no alternative. On return I asked for a partial refund (I would have been happy with 50%). I was told I hadn’t contacted the owner directly during the stay (even though I had contacted the property manager who I was told to use as my contact) so he could only offer £50. I wouldn’t stay again as I like to have a shower on holiday!

Lovely property which is situate ideally close to the main entrance to Rhoda Golf. Nice quiet location in well maintained grounds. Property is as described. Clubhouse 5 minute walk, 10 minute walk to nearest pub & restaurant and a very easy 30 minute walk to the numerous restaurants on the strip. Didn't pay golf but course looked well maintained.

Fantastic Stay
This apartment is in a great location just minutes from restaurants and the beach. The golf clubhouse on site do fabulous food and the course is spectacular. Will definitely visit Roda Golf Club again. The apartment itself was clean and had a great roof top terrace.

Perfect location on Roda golf
The apartment was in a good position on phase 1 Comfortable and clean. Didn’t sit on the solarium as it was too hot . Easy check in procedure . Close to Roda bar and campbells and the Clubhouse on Roda Golf . 20 to 30 mins walk to los Alcazares and the market on Saturdayin los narejos.we had a lovely mini break and would definitely recommend staying in theaoartment

Property had everything you need for a family break - near all facilities and just a 5 minute drive to restaurants and the beaches of Mar Menor - golf course looked amazing but didn’t get to play golf on this occasion.

Location description is not correct.
Quality apartment in a pleasant, peaceful, clean and well cared for complex. The listing description says that the apartment is located a short walk from lots of bars and restaurants and a 10 minute stroll to the beach. This is not correct. It's a 30 minute walk to the square area, where there are lots of bars restaurants, and bit further to the beach. We had issues getting a taxi back on a couple of evenings. The only thing within a "short stroll" is the golf club house which is ok for drink and a snack. The local supermarket is very small with limited choice and is still a 10 to 15 minute walk away. We had a car so were able to drive to a decent supermarket. Overall, we had a lovely holiday and were pleased that the misleading description didn't convince us not to get a car.
