Good hotel to stay after arriving in Costa Rica. Great pool area especially for kids. Breakfast was standard but nicely located near the pool. Friendly staff. Shuttle from the airport comes once an hour till 11.45pm. Cleaning staff starts early and rooms near the stairs are noisy. Beds are comfortable.

Stay away from this hotel. Terrible experience at this hotel. First, the shuttle was very late. We were so tired from the flight and we just stood at the airport with their staff for about 20 minutes. The shuttle arrived very late. Second, there was no elevator. Despite the obvious amount of our luggage, the staff booked us in a room so far from the front desk and on a second floor unit with no help at all. Good thing our neighbor helped us. Third, the rooms do not look like the photos at all. They are so dated and dirty. The faucets run wildly. There were no chairs/sofa or desk like in the photos. ATM was marketed to be located in the hotel but is false. Feels like a scam hotel. The value paid is totally not matched. The Holiday Inn Express was way better despite the small difference in the cost.

Very loud place. Called the front desk at 3 am to request enforcement of quiet hours as other patrons were loud. Staff member got defensive. Not professional at all!
