This hotel had a lovely breakfast and was very clean and tidy. The beds were very firm and uncomfortable, however, and it was not quiet between rooms or outside, so we did not sleep well. Housekeeping tried to enter our room at 0700am, even though we had a Do Not Disturb sign.

Very convenient shuttle from airport, perfect first stop to stage for a trip in Costa Rica. Suite is large and comfortable, restaurant has good dinner options and breakfast is delicious. Dining options across the street and walkable to Walmart for groceries down the hill. Would definitely stay again especially comfortable for business traveler with desk in room and common areas in lobby for laptop work.

First, the service is impeccable. The front desk is staffed with knowledgeable helpful people. You are greeted with a smile and offered assistance. The bar is nice, a little brightly lit, but the bartenders are friendly and provide great customer service. This is a great place to stay one or more days.
