Very nice time
We had a very enjoyable vacation in Dorado. Grocery store & Walgreens nearby for daily shopping or other needs.3 beach options directly across from us. We brought our own coolers but there is a roll away cooler and 2 beach chairs and toys available.Restaurants nearby if you’d like to go out for lunch or dinner.Only difficulty we had was finding the property. It’s in a gated community and then the lockbox for the gate & property are on a light pole. We arrived at 10 PM which did not help our situation, and my cell service dropped so I couldn’t access the instructions sent via VRBO app. Recommendation would be to arrive during daytime hours and print check-in instructions & pictures and bring with you. Property owner was very responsive & helpful throughout. I’ve already sent the property link to 2 other families interested in visiting the area.

Nice clean property in secured area right across the street from the beach. Like a three level condo with neighbors on both sides. Nice location.

Loved this property! Came with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Bed sheets were in worn condition, no towels for washing dishes, couch is worn. Neighbors are amazing, view is amazing and in a nice gated community. Communication with owner was great. Very clean property, but stairs are steep. Beach is right across a not too busy street. We didn’t get check out instructions until the evening before, and left the house before 3 am to catch a flight. I would have liked to have check out instructions at check in so we could have been more prepared.

Awesome accommodations
We were on a girls trip with my 2 daughters and 2 granddaughters to celebrate a 16th birthday. The location was great and the property wonderful. The owner provided excellent instructions and information.The only thing I'd be concerned about is if stairs are an issue for you. Otherwise the property was very comfortable, clean, the grounds were beautiful and we very much enjoyed our stay there.

The unit was beautiful. Full amenities. Spacious. Quiet neighborhood. Only downfall is more access to casino and restaurants. After 9pm all access gates closed. Uber is non existent after certain hours. The home was so cozy and right by the beach

Fantastic Family Vacation Rental
Our family really enjoyed this property all around. The condo is spacious and has a great layout. There is a porch out back which is relaxing as well as upper balconies with ocean views. Easy access to the pool and beach as well.The Owner had great communication and left detailed instructions on accessing the property. We would definitely rent again.

Our stay was very good, the property was spotless and had fresh linens and towels for the bed and bath (not kitchen)There are stairs between the 3 levels but were easily navigated. The 5 cup drip coffee pot barely filled 3 coffee cups but for a group of 4 we just ran a second pot. The pool was nice, not heated but tollerable. Not busy at all.We had a very enjoyable stay, thank you!

Pretty and spacious condo, clean and well maintained. A little tricky to find and enter the neighborhood. A little farther from San Juan than anticipated, bad planning on my part. Would work well for a larger group than we had (4). Agent who handled the property was prompt and responsive to needs.

Great beach getaway
This property is located in a great local, residential neighborhood close to a wonderful beach and plenty of food options. The house itself had what our family of five needed for the week and was a great relaxing and jumping off point. We hope to return!

Updated condo in safe neighborhood
The condo is located a very safe neighborhood with gated entry. It is within walking distance to beaches and restaurants. It is nicely stocked with items and full refrigerator. Beds were comfy and the bathrooms were very spacious. Full size washer and dryer were also helpful. Air conditioning worked well and it was nice to have warm water to shower, which was an issue at our last VRBO stay. There were beach toys provided and boards which we did not use. The beach chairs are standard sports that fit in the bag, it would be nice to have ones that are meant for a beach along with a cooler. Overall, we were pleased with the unit and property manager was very responsive.

Beautiful Comdo, Beach View!
My girlfriends and I had a lovely time staying at this newly renovated condo with lovely decor. Best part was the top floor balcony with an amazing view of the water and waves. The patio was also fabulous except for excessively socializing, chatty neighbors right next door. Kitchen is basic but sufficient. No oven or dishwasher. The property manager is incredibly quick to respond to all messages and has an extremely high standard for guest behaviors.

Great location. Nice townhome with all of the necessities
It was a nice family stay. The only concern was the stair steps for small children and someone that lacks mobility. It was the perfect location and beach for a family.
