Alle korttelin päässä Ventana del Mar Oceanfront puisto ylös ja tulevina alue. herääminen etäisyys eri rannat ympäri Condado alue, bussipysäkki mennä Old San Juan rakennuksen edessä. Luxurios Bed, Sheets, Towels in a Great Location with Stunning Views
This condo had a fabulous, clean, bright vibe. My husband and I enjoyed morning coffee and afternoon naps on the balcony. We appreciated being able to follow the changing colors of the ocean. The ocean view can be seen from the sofa and kitchen bar as well! ON Sunday morning, while sitting in the living room, we watched people paddle boarding and kayaking in the lagoon.The wonderful breeze from the bedroom through the rest of the apt was ideal for us so we rarely used the AC. The location in Condado is perfect for walking to restaurants, cafe's, shops and nearby parks with beach access! Michael's thoughtful attention to details in every room made are stay comfortable and stress free. The bedroom has many extra sets of sheets, pillows, hangers, towels and bath ropes. We did not cook but used the coffee maker every morning. Kitchen is well stocked with dishes ,cups ,wine glasses, dish soap, sponges etc.. I highly recommend this condo and will rent again when we return to SJ. The Service was outstanding! Property care taker, Maritza, was standing in front of building waiting for us when we drove up. She showed us the apt. and where to park. She made us feel at home and the checking -in very easy after our long flight. Maritza is always available if needed and also made the checking -out a breeze. Michael had a beautiful birthday cake on the dinning room table waiting for me!!! Thank you Michael; that was so touching...and delicious!!

Awesome Property!
This property is actually better than the pictures can show! Its a spacious one bedroom unit and the owner has stocked the place with everything that you will need and all of the comforts of home. It's very clean, bright and the views are awesome too! The location is excellent with quick access to the beach and all of the local stores and restaurants are within a 5 minute walk. We met the owner and he was very welcoming and comforting and even checked on us the next day to make sure we were happy! We will return and we will stay here again!

Very Relaxing Vacation
We had a nice week staying at Michael’s condo. The location was good for walking to restaurants and the beach is across the street through the park. The condo had everything we needed and more, Michael has made quite the effort to make the condo comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped although we only made breakfast. The linens are very nice, good sheets and towels; I’m rather particular about linens. Beach chairs are provided with a cooler and good beach towels. I can’t think of anything we wanted that wasn’t provided. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching and listening to the ocean. Maritza is a gem, all property owners would do well to have someone like Maritza to take care of their property. Michael was quick to respond to my initial inquiry into the condo and refunded our deposit promptly. Very good experience.

Well appointed unit in the heart of Condado.
We frequently come down to San Juan and this unit was definitely in the top tier of places we've stayed. Very comfortable and nicely furnished. Proprietors were very helpful and always available. All in all a very positive experience.

Great location! Great view! Comfortable, clean, safe, and convenient.
Exceeded expectations. Luxuriously appointed apartment with all the amenities of home. Generously equipped for indoor/outdoor entertainment and activities. Michael and Maritza were wonderful hosts and ensured we had a fantastic stay. I will stay with them again. They made our reservation, rental and check-out process extremely easy. I would never consider staying in a hotel again.

Great location!
This unit is in a superb location and offers great amenities for a very competitive price. The view cannot be beaten and the apartment is spotless and well-furnished for cooking and sleeping. There enough bars and restaurants within a five-minute walk that you could stay a week and never go to the same one twice. Both the renter and caretaker were friendly and helpful. Admittedly, I was not the greatest tenant, but they were very patient and worked with me to make my stay quite pleasant. Thanks! I would highly recommend renting this apartment!

Great find - Beautiful Unit
Michael's apartment was a great find! The listing was very accurate with regard to location, layout, etc. It was very clean, well furnished and maintained. The bed was comfortable with high-quality soft linens and towels. The apartment is supplied with anything you would need for your stay from kitchen items to beach chairs and towels, cooler, etc. It was quiet, yet in a perfect location - awesome restaurants all within walking distance, Avis rental car literally around the corner and beach also within walking distance. The owner, Michael, was very communicative, kind and quick with his replies. Most importantly, his manager of the apartment, was a Saint. She not only came to meet us before our cruise, she also picked us up after our cruise, took us to the grocery store, gave us the low-down of the apartment and was happy to answer any questions and take us anywhere we wanted to go. She was not only accommodating and a great hostess, but extremely pleasant, friendly and very comfortable to be around. Many thanks to Michael and Maritza. It's always a blessing to meet wonderful people that make a mark on your life. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone it would suit coming to Puerto Rico. Thank you!

Absolutely Wonderful
We stayed in this condo for 8 nights. It completely lived up to (and in some ways exceeded) expectations. Maritza picked us up from the airport and pointed out useful things along the way home, like good/bad restaurants, pharmacies, the supermarket, etc. She was so helpful and friendly. One day when were unable to secure a rental car for one of our day trips, we called Maritza and she was ready to go in less than 5 minutes to take us to a different rental car company which had available cars. The condo itself has a wonderful view of the ocean, as advertised. It is across the street from the ocean, but it's a short walk in either direction to the beach. The condo was completely spotless and beautifully furnished. They also provide (4) beach towels and (2) beach chairs - very helpful. The condo is within walking distance to fantastic restaurants (Cafe Del Angel, Oceano, Pinky's, etc.). Right next to the building is a great little spot called Funky Bistro, which is great for breakfast or lunch. My wife and I loved every minute of Puerto Rico and this condo was a big reason why. Great location, clean, and outstanding service. We hope to return next year and if we do, we will most definitely be staying here. Thank you Maritza and Michael!

Absolutely Awesome
We arrived in San Juan on Saturday, May 17. Michael's Aunt, Mariza, picked us up from the airport and gave us a tour and took us to the grocery store on the way back to the condo. She also offered to take us wherever we wanted during our stay and gave us great recommendations on scuba diving and snorkeling. She also gave us a ride back to the airport the following Sunday morning. The condo was exactly like the pictures. It was spotless and beautiful! The kitchen had everything we needed including top of the line small appliances in the cabinets. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the bedroom had a wonderful view of the bay. The living room had the spectacular view of the beach. The condo is conveniently located on Ashford so that it was a short walk to anything. Several times we walked the 5 minutes to the fitness center down the street. We had dinner at several of the little restaurants within walking distance. The pizza at the Italian restaurant next to Ben and Jerry's is probably the best I have ever had. We drove the short 5 minutes to Old San Juan several times. One evening we had dinner at the microbrewery in Old San Juan and the food was great! I would absolutely recommend staying in this condo. My husband and I are going to plan another trip to Puerto Rico and we will be staying with Michael and Mariza again!

"Great Condo Perfect Location!"
The property was exactly as advertised. Lovely furnishings and most importantly - immaculate and well maintained! Not that we did much cooking but if you're of the mind - there was a fully furnished kitchen - even a food processor! Our favorite feature was the balcony. We stayed for a week and had wine and cheese while overlooking San Juan and the ocean almost nightly. Spectacular view. Very short walk to the beach and Michael has everything there you might need - plenty of beach towels, chairs, cooler,,,,, We also appreciated have a washer and dryer in the condo. And then there's Maritza. Customer service doesn't get much better than this. Maritza is the manager and lives next door and it was like having our favorite cousin watching out for us. For a very reasonable fee, she picked us up at the airport and even took us to the grocery store on the way to the condo. She also gave us a quick tour of the area so we could get our bearings. If you don't want to rent a car, for a very reasonable fee Maritza will take you to some of the great attractions. We went to the rain forest as well as the caves (really liked the caves!) Although you can take a 10 minute bus ride to Old San Juan from El Condado for only 75 cents, we had Maritza drive us and pick us up the first time - went for dinner in the evening - best to do the bus thing to Old San Juan during the day. We did take the bus another day to visit El Morro and other attractions- the bus stop is right across from the condo. Lots and lots of great restaurants in Condado and Old San Juan but our absolute favorite seems to still be a bit of a secret. It's in Old San Juan and is called Casa Cortes ChocoBar. It's at 210 Calle San Franciso. Check out their website for more info. We had a few things - our favorites were - the mofungo - yes it really has Chocolate in it and the Don Pedro (chocolate, ginger and lemon with Rum - yum!) We also stopped in El Hotel Convento for tapas one afternoon - also in Old San Juan. Great food and magnificent building. Also enjoyed the Ropa Vieja at Ropa Vieja Grill in El Condado - a few minutes walk from the condo. One other thing we thought was great - the bath towels. Very luxurious. Even had the large bath sheets - nice touch. Not sure when we'll get back to Puerto Rico but would stay here again without hesitation and will recommend it to relatives and friends! Clean and modern

***Location Location
This condo has all the comforts of home and then some. It was well maintained and very nicely furnished and decorated! Especially liked the close proximity to the beach and restaurants. We have rented other condos in the condado area and throughout Puerto Rico and this is one of the Nicest....We will be coming back again next year! The owner provided excellent customer service.and Maritza was very helpful with evrething.. There was not one thing to complain about, I would definitely recommend this apartment!!!!

Great Location, Great Condo
The condo location right on Ashford is just up the block from Gucci and numerous restaurants including a good Chinese place (Great Taste) right downstairs. But if you choose to cook, and we did some of that, the kitchen is extremely well equipped. Avoid the Perurican restaurant across the street unless you like plenty of salt on your food. The condo is clean and well maintained the bed comfortable and the air conditioning units (inverters) are top notch. We enjoyed the ocean view from inside and on the terrace. While there are local small food shops, the major grocery store would be quite a hike making a car very convenient. This is our fourth condo rental in Puerto Rico and it was our best experience.

We stayed at Michael’s apartment on a trip to Puerto Rico to attend the Jr. Pan Am games. From my first communication with Michael I was comfortable about renting his property! He was very accommodating and made this a wonderful experience for us. The pictures are very accurate … the place was amazing! Very clean and the entire apartment has been updated with very modern décor. The beach front view is spectacular … many nights were spent on the balcony enjoying the view and the cool breeze off the ocean. The location is very centralized and we felt very safe where we were. Maritza, Michael’s aunt who lives across the hall, was truly a blessing! She was very accommodating and very reliable! She made recommendations on wonderful restaurants and was available to take us wherever we wanted to go at our convenience. And, her rate is so much better then the taxi rates! Truly a genuine and amazing person! I would highly recommend this apartment rental to anyone travelling to San Juan, Puerto Rico!
