Fo me it was convenient and a walking distance from SJ. Convention Center. Only problem I could say was a Locked door between my room and the room next door through which I could hear all the noise and conversation and kids talking loud till 2am in the morning. I was tired and wanted to have a deep sleep but ......! 2nd, the entrance door has a Glass through which the hallway light was shining directly into my room. Agagin the room was not completely dark while I sleep. Besides that all fine, hot water, clean bathroom/toilet, inconvenient liquid soap dispenser for shower , never seen before, so bring your soap bar if you really want good clean shower. Cable TV that I don't watch, a small bedside fridge, never used and a microwave etc. I will give 5 stars for cold air conditioner, that is a plus in San Juan's hot summer. out side road is quiet over the weekend. elevator clean and fast. I will take chance to stay there again and cross my fingers if a get a room without that connecting door between rooms.

The hotel is good for the price. It’s clean, but the problem is that there’s no breakfast , and the parking is very limited. The staff is attentive.

The hotel is a little old & dated but the staff is absolutely fantastic. Very friendly, accommodating and welcoming. Very good restaurants within walking distance. Felt safe and welcomed every where we walked. We would definitely stay here again.

It is a value oriented hotel, we didn’t expect the Ritz. For what we paid it definitely exceeded our expectations. The customer service was excellent they stored our bags for us that day as we got off a cruise ship early that morning. The room was clean and has been renovated. The location was good to accommodate short Uber trips or restaurants near by within walking distance. We would definitely stay again.

The room was comfy. Main issue was the AC. It was either on (arctic blast) or off. San Juan is humid and the room would get very stuffy quickly without the AC. But we could only stand to have it on for 20 minutes at a time as it was too cold.

There is not enough parking they wanted me to park outside on the street and didn’t look safe at all, so I left. The receptionist when I arrived was kind of rude I ask about the parking and he was like no no the parking is full you need to find a parking on the around in the street. My car was not gone be secured. One of the reasons I booked it was because it said it had parking spaces, and yo be honest it was like 6 parking total.

Great location--HOT water?
The water for the shower never got hot or warm--very difficult to deal with for four days. We were on the third floor. The location is superb if you like Escambron beach!
