It is the perfect location to explore all the beautiful historic Old San Juan sites, directly across the street from the San Cristobal Fortress on the corner of Calle del Sol and Norzagaray Streets. Authentic Puerto Rican restaurants, pubs, coffee shops, and souvenir shops are only steps from the property. The airport is only a 15-minute Uber ride; Condado and Isla Verde Beach are only 10 minutes away. DISCLOSURE: This is a penthouse apartment on the fifth floor. There are no elevators; guests must be able to climb 63 stairs to access the apartment. It's important to keep this in mind when making this reservation. The building does not have a power generator; if there is a power outage, the apartment will be without AC and lights. We will not refund for utility outages. On-street parking is free but limited and is not available overnight. Street parking will get hefty tickets overnight, but during the day, it is free.
