Spacious Rio Mar Villa with Spectacular Ocean View & Golf Cart!

Private villa located within the gated Rio Mar & Country Club community. (We are not part of the Wyndham Rio Mar resort). Rio Grande Awarded as One of the Best Places to visit in 2023. Beautifully furnished private 4BR/4 Bath Villa (2,400 sq. feet). This community has two golf courses (Ocean course and River course). The Villa has a community pool just a short walk from the door and access to the beach with free parking. The Villa has 5 Smart TV 's, and High Speed Internet service. The kitchen is fully equipped with a large open dining/living area. Wonderful views from every room (end unit), high ceilings and spacious bedrooms. Amenities included: Internet, TV, washer/dryer, oven, microwave, wine cooler, dishwasher, Blackstone grill & ice maker. Two assigned parking spots are permitted.
This breezy second-level Villa makes for the perfect get away, relax on the porch with ocean views or enjoy the beach, play golf, tennis or pickle-ball. Spa, Restaurants and Casino are all within the gated community. El Yunque National Rain Forest is just a few miles away.
NO PETS ALLOWED, not even from visitors, please! No parties or gatherings allowed. The unit is strictly for the guests use.
Property Manager is knowledgeable about the area.

Entertainment: 5 Smart TV's
Parking: 2 assigned parking spots for guests. Golf cart in 3rd space.

Great location and amenities!
Our stay in Puerto Rico was wonderful. The location was perfect - just a short drive to the rain forest and beautiful Luquillo Beach. The property had everything we needed, from beach chairs, towels, fishing poles and coolers to shampoo and conditioner in each bathroom, toilet paper, paper towels, coffee and basic spices. It was the perfect space for our group of 7. The restaurants on site and casino were a bonus. Cathy was a great host and we would definitely book with her again. Thank you for allowing our first time in Puerto Rico to be a great experience.

I was so thankful for the prompt communication. We stayed near old San Juan earlier in the week and had to wait beyond check in time for instructions. Everything was wonderful with Cathy! Place is beautiful and spacious!

Family Magic
A balcony looking out to sea, a pool mere steps away and easy access to the beach made this a perfect trip for my family. We had lunch and frozen drinks at the beach and dinner at Roots onsite for convenience and We were very close to El Yunque and Luquillo for adventure. Cathy the owner was so gracious and Karla the property manager was helpful and always quick to respond.It is a Beautiful spacious home

First time stay in Puerto Rico
The apartment was large and comfortable. There were many extras provided so we did not have to purchase extra supplies. Tons of beach chairs, toys, and beach towels. It was a nice stay for our first time in puerto rico. Couple suggestions, kitchen needs new cookware - everything stuck and the washing machine always ran hot water no matter the cycle chosen. The hosts were very responsive to questions.

Everything was perfect from initial booking through to checkout The host was very responsive to my constant questions and even was able to secure some sunshine for us The property manager was equally responsive The condo (?) was perfect We all got our own bathroom and the living area was great for game time It was stocked with all we needed Our only disappointment was we were not able to play pickleball It did rain alot but there were days when the sun was shining and nothing a bunch of towels couldnt handle

Absolutely stunning!
This property surpassed our expectations! My family and I loved it. Beautiful facility, and gorgeous location. We had such an amazing time. It was close to the beach and the resort was perfect. Perfect for a larger family. All bedrooms (except one) have en-suite bathrooms. What made this place special was the thought given to ensuring one has everything they need for their vacation; going to the beach-chairs, umbrellas, towels, cooler ✅. Beautiful location for family. Plenty of activities with a beautiful beach abd pool on the beach as well. The unit itself was the best stocked condo I have ever stayed in. Lots of room and a golf cart to get around with. The owners were very responsive to only one issue that was our mistake. Stay here... you won't regret it!

Lovely stay at condo in Wyndham Grand Mar complex
We spent three days at Cathy’s property and found the condo had everything we needed - lots of spices in the cabinet and pool toys! The beach club pool was under construction but we were able to use the resort pools and the small condo pool too. We enjoyed a meal at Roots at the Wyndham and otherwise enjoyed some breakfasts at home, lunches at the kiosks, and restaurants in nearby Palmer for dinner. This condo is close to El Yunque and Luquillo - just what we were looking for.

Our stay in this villa was perfect! It’s a beautiful place to stay with stunning views and very comfortable rooms with their own bathrooms. The air conditioning was nice and cool and made for nice sleeps every night. If we had a question it was answered quickly. I hope to visit again in the same place. I highly recommend!

Great location and well-stocked condo
We were so glad to find this 4-bedroom condo for a multi-gen vacation. It truly is well-stocked, which is such a nice treat! The artwork was lovely and all the seating surfaces were in great shape. A few things could use a little sprucing (ceiling spots) but overall this is a nice find! We enjoyed the great location and enjoyed the beach, pool, tennis, rainforest and some great local dining spots. It was nice to have a golf cart, though we had to make two trips since it seats 4. We played tennis at Wyndham - a little pricey @ $50/hr. When a few questions arose, the property manager was very responsive. We recognize that properties do construction but we were really surprised that the main beach club pool and section were closed / under construction when we arrived. The small condo pool was nice for a quick dip, and quiet, but it is surrounded by buildings so there is no view. We were able to use the hotel pool a bit, and the kids had a blast jumping into the kid activities. The property manager does make clear use of the hotel pool is not guaranteed so glad it worked out in our stay and situation! Two family members did the bio bay kayak tour via the property manager’s connection, and had a great time. We booked a rainforest tour with H&J and highly recommend this - highlight of our trip. Carabalí was also fun, and we enjoyed go-karts and the one hour horseback ride. Sama was our favorite dinner spot, and Lluvia deli for brunch. Overall, recommend this great spot!

Excellent location for family vacation
This is the most complete and well-thought out rental we have ever stayed at. Many beach towels, sand toys for the kids, boogie boards, beach chairs, coolers, umbrellas, full set of dishes, kitchen utensils and appliances, 3 smart roku TVs so you only had to deal with one remote per unit - I can not think of anything the unit did not have. Golf cart was a big plus! Both property manager and owner were exceptionally responsive and helpful. This was clearly furnished and equipped with families in mind (the owner's I believe) and they got everything right. Location was convenient to rain forest and public beaches. Or you could just hop in the golf cart and drive down to the Beach Club pool and the beach behind it. Adults and grandkids all have a great time. Thank you Don, Cathy, and Mary.

Great place to stay for a relaxing vacation
Our family had a great time staying here. The condo was clean, tidy and comfortable. It had everything we needed, including plenty of beach toys for the little ones and a pack & play and chair for our 1.5 y/o. It is in a great location for day trips to El Yunque and Luquillo beach. Having the golf cart to access the pool, beach and hotel restaurants made everything much easier. The property manager was helpful and quick to respond.

Perfect Location
The condo was in the perfect location for what my family wanted to do ( ElYunque, Luqullo Beach and Kiosks, and Bio Bay). They had all the comforts of home available (coffee, tea, sunblock, blender). The view and balcony make you never want to leave. The beach, restraint, and bar were great! My husband won 1,000 bucks at the casino. Directions for the house were laid out right on the counter. The only constructive criticism I could make would be to send the tips via email earlier than 24 hours because the gate, key cards, and getting to the location within the resort were confusing, especially at night when we finally arrived. We figured it out by the end of the next day. I would definitely stay here again!!

Perfect ... and exactly as advertised!
A great location for our daughter's rainforest wedding. I was a little bit leary that we would be too far away from all of the action but trusted all of the 5.0 reviews and decided (at the end of the week) that we had the best VRBO of them all! Very well equipped and property manager was very responsive.
