It’s very convenient location and close to the airport. I booked 2 rooms for four of us for four nights. At first one of the room was smelling like mold, TV wasn’t working, lights weren’t working. We made the complaint to the front desk and they didn’t do anything about it. When we’re paying a big amount of money for the rooms, we do expect some kind of decent service.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning and loved the convenient location close to major attractions. No need to rent a car, Ubers were always minutes away and super cheap!

The property was beautiful and well maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful. As an fyi there is about a three block walk to beach and beach has no restroom facilities. Also note there is a $40 per day resort fee to be used at bar. If you don't use it; it is still charged to your room. Overall wonderful location.

So..so
Eventhough the hotel is in a great location, the hotel is well kept but a front desk individual was rude, unprofessional and should not be working in the hospitality industry ruined our vacation. In addition we purchased a room for four adults and the sofa bed will only sleep one person.

All in all, the hotel is a newer property- so everything was in good condition. The breakfast feel short- they didn’t seem to have enough food for all guests, limited options ie no yogurt or fresh fruit. They did give us a 40$ voucher and that got us a drink- the piña coladas were Excellent! They have 2 free washers and dryers- while I appreciate it’s not enough for the number of guests. Better off having many machines even if we pay. I waited 2.5 hours to dry my clothes. Parking was reasonable and easy in and out.

Great room. Large full kitchen. Pool and kids splash pad. $40 credit for restaurant daily. Short walk to beach. Casino across street. Many walkable restaurants and bars Kids and grandparents had a great time.

Great Location, but Service Needs Improvement The property is in a fantastic location, and the common areas are well-maintained, clean, and tidy. However, there are several areas where improvement is needed. The hotel has over 230 rooms but appears to be understaffed. The breakfast area is very small, and if you want a good breakfast, you must go early. Later in the morning, items like cereal, orange juice, and even bread run out, and they are not replenished in a timely manner. On our first day, they ran out of multiple items, and we had to find someone to request more bread. Room service was also disappointing. On the first day, our room was not cleaned, and when I inquired at reception, the manager, David, was not very friendly or accommodating. He struggled to arrange even a few towels in a timely manner and came across as rude. The issue persisted on the second day, and I had to remind them twice for room service. Calling the front desk from the room was also unhelpful, as the single staff member at the desk was often occupied with check-ins and check-outs, while the supervisor remained in the back office. That said, the other manager, Christina, was kind and understanding. She offered a small credit to compensate for the inconvenience, which was appreciated. Overall, while the location and property have potential, the lack of staffing and poor service left much to be desired.

Pool was great as I went with my 3 year and husband. Pool bar and food was good. Room during my first stay on Jan2-3 was really nice. Room when I checked on Jan 6-7 was not good. They need to take that room off line and make the proper corrections to the bathroom shower area. Front desk person at Check in and check lacked self awareness and provided poor customer service. Frankly all the front desk staff have flat affect and were not friendly or welcoming. The hotel management departments needs to take the entire front desk team to a retreat and provide in-depth training on cultural competence and proper techniques on hospitality

The hotel was clean. It was a close walk to a lot of restaurants and beach access. Is it paradise? No. Is it clean, pretty, and centrally located? Yes. It's a great family hotel.
