I would definitely recommend this hotel..it was in an area where there was plenty of restaurants, nightlife & walkable, safe in Old San Juan.

We were treated very rudely by the check-in staff because we used Expedia. We were not given our Marriott points and we were told “you deserve what you reserve” meaning we were not going to be treated like other guests. I was told that more than once. Very disappointing.

The staff was very helpful and the restaurant staff Kueros was wonderful even took pictures for us. 10 out of 10. Great experience from beginning to the end. The bellhop was so helpful when we needed assistance with Spanish Uber driver.

Easy check-in, the staff very professional and friendly, whenever we had any questions they were happy to answer. The room was very clean. Downstairs bar is the best and the staff was wonderful. This was the best stay and we will be back.
