Tämä viehättävä ja kaunis huoneisto sijaitsee Isla Verden sydämessä. Vain 5 minuutin päässä lentokentältä, San Juanin parhaalla rannalla ja kiistatta yksi parhaimmista rannoista koko Puerto Ricossa.

Racquet Club Condominium on turvallinen, puhdas rakennus ja siitä on upeat näkymät merelle.

Huoneisto on vain muutaman askeleen päässä Isla Verden kaistaleelta, josta voi kävellä kaikkeen, manner-mantereesta, Ruth's Chrisistä, "soho chic" -kattoravintolaan ja baariin Water and Beach -hotellissa. CVS on yhden korttelin päässä, muutaman korttelin päässä Walgreenistä ja useita pikaruokaravintolat, jos valitset.

Kuljetusten suhteen voit vuokrata auton tai jopa kävellä muutaman askeleen nurkkaan ja lähteä paikallisbussilla Vanhaan San Juaniin, ottaa mukaan joitain museoita tai käydä maailmankuulussa El Morrossa. Valintoja on niin paljon, mutta et tule pettymään.

Great spot with excellent view and nice neighborhood!
We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! It has a great ocean view and is clean and well-furnished, and comfortable! The beach and neighborhood are walkable and pleasant. The owner and property manager were wonderful. A great home base to explore the island from! We would love to stay again someday!

Really nice place!
Beautiful views, great location, and lots of little things that made our stay extra special! The beach toys in particular were a nice bonus. Comfortable bed, nice sized rooms, felt extra secure with all the gate locks. We really loved staying here!Two things to note though--The listing claimed that there's a hot tub, though there as far as we could tell there isn't one. Also, finding the "CVS" parking spot was initially a bit complicated, and we also needed the property manager to arrange for a different spot instead when we couldn't get into the lot. Thankfully they were really nice about it and able to work that all out but it made check in longer and more complicated than it would normally be. Other than those two small things, really great place and would definitely recommend!!

This place was incredibly pleasant and cozy—I loved it! I'm giving it 5 stars for the excellent attention from the host. I would stay here again without hesitation. What I want to highlight the most is the spectacular view.

A gorgeous beach-front stay!
Wow! I traveled solo to Puerto Rico to meet some family for a week vacation. This was the perfect spot first because my sister had a penthouse in the same building, but also the location -- right on Playa Isla Verde, the views did NOT disappoint! Feeling the ocean breeze every day was the best part of the place, as well as the location close to shops and restaurants right on the beach. Jennifer was very helpful and communicative. She even goes above and beyond to ensure her guests have a parking spot -- though it's not at the condo building, she's reserved a spot across the street in a parking garage. Would come back again!

Great Location on Beach
Good extra amenities such as beach towels, cooler, and camp chairs (these are not comfortable on the beach, though, lol!). Great and easy access to the beach. Located within walking distance of multiple restaurants, CVS, etc. Disappointments would be no balcony (although we knew this in advance), sofa small and not overly comfortable, and the futon sit in front of TV is very cheap and too uncomfortable just to sit in. Swimming pool was disappointing as the surrounding aesthetics were just concrete and stucco walls, overhanging parking lot on one side. Owner Jennifer is a great communicator, checking in to ensure all was okay, and seems genuinely interested in fixing any issues immediately ( we had no issues).

Air conditioner noisy as hell
The two air conditioners in the place were LOUD!! We hardly slept. Couldn’t sleep with the windows open on account of car noises (honking or loud music). We encountered three roaches while there two in the kitchen ( we didn’t cook at all in the place) and one in the bathroom. Places was not that clean and sink in the bathroom kept over flowing, had to plunge most of the time. Barely enough towels.

beautiful area, safe and quiet. Beaches are very clean no trash or seaweed. Condo was cozy but bed and pillows were too hard , bed squeeked a lot. tv was too small in bed room. but overall i would stay again

The view
Overall the apartment is very comfortable, great views of the ocean . They had beach chairs available that are in great condition. Toys for kids to play at the beach , in which I was surprised. Not to many places would have that. Access in and out to the beach is a breeze just steps away , incase you need the bathroom there’s one located by the pool area . The only thing is that I wish the tvs were bigger. They had plenty of towels, additional bed sheets, Other than that you can’t go wrong with this location.

I wanted to say our stay was amazing, from the check in process and Jennifer welcoming us to her property. The view of the ocean was spectacular. I love the beach is your backyard. Highly recommend.

Great 1-bedroom condo across the street from Isla Verde Beach
A very nice one-bedroom unit on the 14th floor. The unit has separate AC units for the bedroom and living area. Large sliding windows in each room provide plenty of fresh air. Kitchen is galley-type suitable for one cook at a time. Beach chairs and toys, and beach towels are provided. The management company was responsive to our requests--clothes hangers were provided and the tankless water heater was replaced. The street has parking only on one side and no loading zone. The apartment parking is about one block away on the 4th floor of a parking garage located above the CVS Pharmacy.

It was a good location! Pretty area and beach. The only suggest would be to replace the air conditioner, it was super noisy, couldn't sleep with the sound of it. Besides that every was good

This property exceeded my expectations. The one bedroom was very clean and had a nice view of the beach. Getting to the beach is less than 5 min walking from the time I walk out the door. The kitchen was well stocked with all the appliances to make a meal instead of eating out all the time which I appreciated.
