The pre check in made the in person a breeze. Staff was friendly and helpful. We stayed in room 306. It was perfect. Roomy, clean and quiet. No ocean view but that was ok with us as the beach is just steps away. Lots of parking. It’s conveniently located one block down from two small convenience stores and plenty of dining options. The lobby is also has coffee, tea, juice and cookies 24 hours a day and a laundry mat connected that stays open until 10

I really liked the room we stayed in as it had everything we needed. The only thing it was missing was a view. Unfortunately our view was a brick wall. The hotel is very close to the beach easy to walk too and staff was friendly

This place is a hidden gem
First time staying here for a weekend getaway and it was perfect. The hotel is right next to the beach and the views were great. You can walk onto the beach from the parking lot. The room was very clean. The front desk staff was very friendly and extremely helpful.

This is definitely a great place to stay. It is a bit outdated, but I like the furniture as it has storage space for your stuff. We road tripped and just wanted a beach front place. Breakfast is simple continental items (muffins, danishes and bagels). Walking distance to Old West Cinnamon Rolls (trust me, go there). Also close to the pier. The beach there has amazing sunsets and rock stacks to go see. There are some homeless that are there if you get a beach view room, you will see them. They don’t bother anyone. They seem friendly with locals and hotel staff. (I didn’t interact with them). The sheets and towels are a bit rough. We went to Costco to buy a set of sheets to put over them to soften them up. The pillows are also a bit hard. So be prepared and bring your own pool towel to dry off with if you need something softer. I would stay again. There were way more positives for sure!
