The Hotel got closed down by the authorities and we got kicked out of our Room. We’re on an excursion and when we got back to motel our luggage was thrown outside the place practically on the road. Had to find somewhere to stay. Found a crappy place. Horrible experience

It is a beautiful property very well located in the heart of San Miguel's downtown (a couple of minutes walking distance from the main square). The rooms, while not massive, are really comfortable and everything feels new and well designed. Service is great (communication, valet parking, speedy and early check-in)... A great option at a fantastic price.

Great location for walking around town. Lots of restaurants and friendly staff. However, bathroom seemed a little dated, very slow drain in shower. Hot water worked shower, but not the cold one!

The hotel was nice and clean. The hotel is near the central plaza and in a convenient location. The only thing I would have preferred was that the hotel was not nested in the back of the building because you have to walk through a restaurant to exit. It’s also noisy since the restaurant host many parties. The shower also was not correctly built, and the water leaked/splashed all over the bathroom floor(they told me they were going to fix it). But, overall, the room was nice and clean. The only bad things about this room was the noise until 12pm, the shower problem, and the old towels (very common in all hotels these days). Besides that, the bed was clean and had newer bed coverings, and the staff was very attentive and in a convenient location. I would recommend this hotel to most.

Perfect place for night owls!

There’s a night club above the hotel, pretty noisy but if you’re a night owl I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place, it is close to everything and it has super nice rooms and facilities! The staff was very friendly and attentive, we don’t speak much Spanish but they were very accommodating and encouraging us to attempt our broken Spanish haha

Great modern hotel, friendly staff. in an amazing location, very safe. Clean. However, the air conditioning was pretty weak and the noise was SO LOUD (there's a rooftop restaurant that plays club music all day). The hotel doesn't provide "do not disturb" signs so there's no way to nap during the day without housekeeping coming in constantly.
