The space
A modern and yet rustic space, perfect to provide comfort and an unforgettable experience.
Wake up to the beauty of nature in its most spectacular state.
The whole house is set up and built in such a way you feel like part of the rain forest thanks to the floor to ceiling windows that surrounds it.
You are free to roam and explore the 10 acres of nature including a hike down to the river and three different waterfalls. Danny; the caretaker will give you a preliminary tour.
Shanti hOMe is also the perfect space for family reunions or grab some friends and plan a Spiritual Retreat. We can coordinate chakras cleansing, sound baths and other experiences that will help you relax, and be one with Nature.
If interested, we can also coordinate guided bird watching, white water rafting and butterfly farm visits.
Our main interest is to satisfy yours.

Even thou you will be in the middle of the rainforest, you will enjoy modern comfort like wi-fi, running water and electricity.
However, either one of those can go without notice and it will be out of our control. Those are just inconveniences that come along the terrain but be assured we will do our best to accommodate you. 🦋

Shanti hOMe is beautifully nestled 15 miles from the city of Mindo.
Being that one of the main reasons guests choose us over others places to stay. Close enough to the bustle and hustle and far enough for total privacy! There is a care taker who lives on the property. His name is Danny and he will guide you to the three different waterfalls and down to the river.
Tips are welcome and appreciated.
Please wear proper shoes.
Any of these activities are optional and they are done at the guests own risk.
Other things to note
Visitors out of the country can contact us to help with transportation from airport to The Finca Shanti hOMe and any other stays or tours in Ecuador.
The closest airport is UIO in Quito, the capital which is 1.5 hours from The Finca.
We recommend a 2 days stay in The Capital.
We will help arrange lodging in Quito and guide you to the many and exciting excursions available in the city as well as in Los Bancos.
You can’t go back home without visiting the “middle of world” or visiting the golden historical churches, the butterfly sanctuary, most rare orchid expo and so much more…
We also help provide meals cooked at home for a very affordable price instead of having to bring your own groceries.
