Pleasant apartment with 2 bedrooms, very well located in the city center of Sanary. Its location is really ideal, you are 250m from the beach, and 50m from the shops. The apartment, whose kitchen and bathroom have been renovated, is a pleasant mix of old and modern. It is composed as follows: from the entrance you will find a bedroom on each side. These are equipped with two single beds each, and air conditioning. Just after you will find a renovated bathroom with towel dryer and separate toilets. Finally, you will enter the air-conditioned living room, composed of an open kitchen with its dining area and the living room on your right. All this space overlooks the loggia. A box with wifi access is available in the apartment. A very pleasant place where everything will come together to spend a very good vacation, with the shops at the foot of the building, the Sanary market 80m away and the beach 250m away. An ideal holiday apartment, leave the car in the car park and you can do everything on foot during your stay. We require a 25% deposit. Payment of the balance is made 1 month before entering the premises and at the latest 2 weeks before your arrival, except in the case of last minute reservations. The tourist tax is due to the owner for each tenant over 18 years old. The amount is that specified by the tourist office. Final cleaning is included and included in the price. We also recommend a walk to Mont Faron to enjoy the magnificent sea view over one of the most beautiful harbors in Europe. Our agricultural producers welcome you from April to September every Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. to offer you fresh local products (fruits, vegetables, eggs, bread, cheeses, honey, etc.). The markets of Sanary, Bandol, Saint Cyr etc. take place every day, and the major markets take place on Tuesday in Bandol, Wednesday in Sanary and Thursday in Saint Cyr.
