Hiljattain kalustettu 3 BR 2BA Lakefront Condo hämmästyttävä, esteettömät näkymät CEDAR Point ja Lake Erie. Sijaitsee Sanduskyn historiallisessa keskustassa ja lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä ostosmahdollisuuksista, ravintoloista, baareista, lautoista ja venesatamasta. Kuntosali, uima-allas ja grilli vieraille. Askeleet Ferrysistä, jotka kulkevat Put-in-Baylle, Kelleysin saarelle ja Cedar Pointille. Paikalliset puistot ovat kävelyetäisyydellä, uima-allas, grilli ja poreallas omaisuutta varten. Yksityinen aidatulla pysäköintialue.

Varustettu täydellinen keittiö, mukavat vuoteet, 2 tarina loft katot, wifi, televisiot ja toimistotilaa. Täydellinen pariskunnille, liikematkailijoille, perheille (lapset) ja suurille ryhmille.

Tämä kahden tason parvi / huoneisto on päätasolla, jossa on kaksi makuuhuonetta, kaksi kylpyhuonetta, täysin varustettu keittiö, ruokailutila ja oleskelutila. Yksi makuuhuone on Kalifornian kuningas sänky ja toisessa on queen-vuode. Ylemmän tason parvella on king-vuode, erillinen oleskelualue, jossa on toimistotilat, josta on näkymät järvelle, futon, jota voidaan käyttää nukkumatilaan ja televisioon. Tämä tila, josta on näköala järvelle, sopii erinomaisesti liikematkoille tai käytettäväksi lisävuoteena / makuutilana. Ylemmän tason takana makuuhuone myös kaksi erillistä vuodetta koko kerrossänky. Kaikissa kolmessa makuuhuoneessa on yksityisyysovet ja parvi on avoin tila. Yksikössä on neljä älykkäämpiä televisiota. Toimitamme vuodevaatteet, pyyhkeet, rantapyyhkeet, saippua ja shampoo 12 hengelle sekä täysin varustetun keittiön, jossa on pieniä laitteita vieraille.

Asiakkailla on täysi pääsy yksikköön, paikan päällä olevaan uima-altaaseen, porealtaaseen, kuntokeskukseen ja aidatulle pysäköintialueelle. Oma sisäänkirjautuminen on saatavilla vieraille. Johtoryhmämme on paikallinen ja on valmiina vastaamaan kysymyksiin puhelimitse tai tekstillä. Asiakkailla on käytettävissään koko yksikkö, kuntosali, uima-allas ja ulkogrilli. Tämä ominaisuus sopii erinomaisesti vieraille veneiden kanssa Sanduskyn viereisen venesataman vieressä, jossa on perävaunun pysäköinti- ja / tai veneen liukumahdollisuudet. It is a beautiful place and great location, especially if going to Cedar Point. So much room in it. When booking I seen it had a hot tub, but it was closed for the season. I don’t know if I missed where it said it closes, or if not mentioned. It worked out ok since we were really there for CP. already planning on booking again next year.

Our stay at Sandusky
This property was a short walk from the Jet Express dock. This allowed our family easy access for an excursion to Put In Bay. There were also several restaurants and shops within walking distance that we were able to enjoy. We had a terrific view of Lake Erie and Cedar Point from the condo. We were able to drive to Cedar Point in under 15 minutes. This was a great place to stay for a quick summer get away. The condo was nicely furnished and very comfortable. Cedar Point from the condo. Fantastic location!
Wonderful place to stay in Sandusky! Conveniently located next to Jackson Pier and lots of bars and restaurants. The accommodations were very nice. Beds were comfortable. Definitely has everything you need for a comfortable stay. We loved the view and the large doors that open directly over the water. The only negative I could say would be that the space could have been cleaner. But overall I would stay there again and would definitely recommend!

My parents stayed here for my wedding weekend and they loved it. It was huge inside and very clean. Oh we did tell property manager that there was only 1 parking pass left and we had 2 cars but she said we are good to go! Beautiful view and location!

Little gem in the heart of Sandusky
Beautiful spacious condo in the heart of Sandusky! Walking distance to bars and restaurants, parks and more. Close driving distance to Cedar Point and Port Clinton. Pool was clean and never crowded. Kid friendly unit. Loved that the complex was gated. Would recommend to anyone staying in the area!

The area was wonderful! The view from the condo stunning. Slightly disappointed with the property. The condo wasn’t as clean and well stocked as anticipated. Not enough towels for 4, let alone 12. Some of that upstairs lamps were broken. Carpets had some staining. Overall we had a nice time and the location is excellent…

Lovely lake view condo. Much more spa joys than photos look. This condo is clean, organized and a beautiful view. Cedar point is close by and the pool is heated nicely, fantastic hot tub too. Owner contact was very prompt and accommodating. Highly recommend and definitely would book again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The property was easy to find and access. There was so much room and the view was absolutely beautiful. Short drive to cedar point. I left something there and the host was so gracious and quickly found it and mailed it back to me! Definitely recommend.

Can't beat the view!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Carla's place. We were pleasantly surprised by the view walking into the apartment. It literally feels like you are floating right above the water. The timing of our stay (winter) was probably to blame because the town seemed very quiet. Carla's place was very clean and well-equipped. She was very quick to respond and kindly accommodated our requests. The number of beds were more than enough for our group of 8 people. Although there were plenty of utensils, we did not find any essential cooking products (sugar, coffee, etc.). In our previous experiences, those things were always present. Its not a big deal though. Grocery stores were a quick drive away. Our only small concern was that the dishwasher was not functioning properly. Not sure if we were using the wrong setting, but the plates didn't always come out clean (and there was no sponge to clean them manually). But other than that, this was the perfect place for our Sandusky getaway. I highly recommend it.

Beautiful views and convenient Location
I cannot thank our hosts enough, because my family had such a wonderful time staying in this condo. We had plenty of room to spread out and our kids (3 & 5) loved the bunk beds. They did well on the spiral staircase, too. We would happily rent this unit again.

The deck railing needs to be wiped down. Cobwebs were around the railing heavy. Other the. That the property was clean. When I inquired about boat parking I was not told that I had to park it in the lot next door outside the gates. Please also add information about the boat slip overnight rentals. They charge $2 a foot. This was a nice service. We had a good time. Thanks.

Weekend stay
My family was visiting Sandusky for a family reunion. In this condo we had 6 adults and 2 kids. There was plenty of space for all of us. Pros: - Great location!! We love staying at Chesapeake Lofts. This unit did not disappoint with the view of the bay. Walking in took our breath away. Close to everything downtown. Short walking distance to many things. - Kitchen was stocked well enough for what we needed. They also had hand soap, dish soap and garbage bags stocked. There was a starter supply of paper towels and toilet paper. Cons: - Beds were not the most comfortable. Some were super soft, others super noisy. We were only there for a few days so it wasn't the biggest deal. - The rental was clean and plenty of towels were provided but there was an enormous amount of bugs and spider webs around the glass windows/ patio doors. There was a phantom screen that was not working so we weren't able to enjoy that beautiful waterfront view and breeze. - Many light bulbs were burnt out upon our arrival. This left for very dark showers in both bathrooms. I reached out to the property manager and she responded immediately. She was able to come the next day and replace a lot of them. Unfortunately, the kitchen bulbs and the high ceiling bulbs couldn't be replaced without some assistance so the common area and kitchen surfaces were pretty dim.

Overall we had a great experience. The loft needed to be updated, new paint, showers and laundry. With the coin shortage, it was an inconvenience to find coins for machines. By the doors going out to balcony, there were a lot of cob webs and dead bugs. There should be two tokens to make access to the different facilities easier.

Think twice before renting this condo
This property has an amazing view of Lake Erie and it's in a perfect location. Unfortunately, the bedroom configuration is not very accommodating for groups of 8. The upstairs has two sleeping areas but you have to walk through one bedroom to get to the other. There are also no closets or a bathroom for upstairs guests. We had an issue with the lock on the bathroom door and one of the toilets on the first night. I called the property manager to inform her of the situation and ask her if she could have someone fix it and her answer was "we know that these are issues and there's nothing that we can do about it." I went on to explain to her that the toilet took 10 minutes to refill after each flush and she told me that "it was the brand of toilet in the unit and we just couldn't expect to use it back to back." Since the other toilet was in the master bedroom, there were 6 people sharing this bathroom - this proved to be a problem over our 4 night stay. Needless to say, I was disappointed in the responce to my concerns and I would think twice about booking this unit.
