Everything from the staff to the room was wonderful, clean, and nice. Then we hit the breakfast and it was definitely one of the best hotel breakfasts I have seen offered. Waffles and omelets (2 varieties) breakfast sandwiches, and egg bites, along with all the other standard breakfast items, but a lot more variety! I would stay there again anytime!

Service was down to zero stars. They completely ignored my request to fix the shower and flickering light. Inspite of requesting them and adding a note to their pad, they did jot replace my towels nor added shower gel. Hotel is good but will not stay there again as they have very terrible customer service

It was fine. The guy at the check in desk was brand new and knew nothing about the area. It is ridiculously hard to actually find the hotel from the road.

Horrible. I’ve been before and is why I went back but it was terrible this time. Dirty- stinky- my room smelled like cheese. The noise was unbearable. I had to call the front desk to ask them to the people that were banging on walls and running up and down . Stomping on floors to please stomp - all Hours of the day but mostly between 8pm to 5am in the morning. Got no sleep and getting my work done was a serious challange. I won’t return . Horrible!

Amazing

Everthing was amazing and clean. It's a brand new hotel. The staff is very friendly. Unfortunately they do not mopping the floor when they do the full service. It's about 30 min feom Orlando, but not too bad.
