The Space:
This residence features a direct gulf front exposure and is positioned parallel to the beach boasting a large screened-in patio. As can be seen in the pictures, this unit is fantastically appointed and upgraded, featuring multiple flat screen TVs, new appliances, granite counter tops, and renovated bathrooms. Unit includes premium cable, high speed wifi, and smart keyless entry.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to all onsite amenities which include a heated pool, tennis, grills and more.
Hurricane Ian Disclaimer- Surfside is reopening December 15th to guests for the first time since Hurricane Ian in 2022. As a result, certain amenity restrictions will still be in place. The two most important ones that guests should be aware of are that the beach boardwalk may not be finished by the time of your stay and also that the tennis courts may not be completed by the time of your stay. These amenities are expected to be restored by early 2025 but a firm timeline has not yet been provided. In the meantime, guests can access the beach using the side path through Sanibel Surfside that leads to the Donax St. beach access. This is less than a one minute detour as compared to the boardwalk so should not be a large inconvenience. Finally, the pool is scheduled for completion in early 2025. It is currently swimmable but does not have a fence. The pool cannot be opened until the fence is completed and as construction timelines can be fluid please do message us to confirm pool access if you are staying in the early part of 2025, as the fence may not be completed by this time.
The Neighborhood:
For those unfamiliar with the location of this residence, it is situated on the desirable East End of Sanibel, which is equidistant to almost every sought after beach on Sanibel. You will be near to restaurants, shopping, and activity, while still far enough removed to be reminded that you are on vacation and provided ample opportunity to socially distance away from the hustle bustle that can characterize island life during season. This location is also advantageous in that it provides quick on and off access to the causeway, as to allow guests a quick commute into and from Fort Myers without having to contest with seasonal traffic. All in all, a superb residence in a superb location!
