**Please note that Sanibel Island is open for business! Loggerhead Cay has been welcoming guests since December 2023. The pool, tennis and pickleball courts are now open. All public beach accesses are open, there are over 40 restaurants now open, and many stores including Jerry’s Grocery. The Causeway is fully open with some traffic delays coming on/off the island. Some areas of our island are under construction, but this should not impact your enjoyment.**
Welcome to Loggerhead Cay 463 a spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo that has been beautifully remodeled with comfortable beachy furniture, splashes of turquoise and wood plank luxury vinyl floors.
The newly remodeled kitchen makes meal prep a pleasure while enjoying your meals at the kitchen island, large dining table or screened in lanai. When it's time to cool down after a day on the beach, sink into one of the living room sofas and turn on your flat screen TV. There is enough room for the whole family with a king bed in the master with en-suite, a queen and a twin beds in the guest room with flat screen TV's in both rooms. The screened in lanai offers another area to enjoy a morning coffee or sunset libation while enjoying the Gulf breeze.
As an added convenience, the owner provides beach chairs and a beach umbrella which are stored on the lanai. Loggerhead Cay is located a short distance from the Sanibel Causeway as well as famed shopping and restaurants on Periwinkle Way.
Loggerhead Cay complex amenities include: a heated pool, gas grills, pickleball/tennis courts, shell washing station, shuffleboard and direct gulf access.
