Pointe Santo 3BR -luokan huoneistohotelli

Hiljattain kunnostettu 3 makuuhuoneen maanpinnan huoneisto Pointe Santo de Sanibelissä, joka on yksi Sanibel-saaren johtavista ja halutuimmista osakehuoneistokomplekseista. Se on kätkeytyneenä huojuvien palmujen ja kukkivien bougainvillea-viiniköynnösten keskelle suoraan Meksikonlahden valkoisiin hiekkarantoihin. Se on Sanibelin ainoa kompleksi, joka tarjoaa lepotuoleja sekä rannalla että uima-altaan puolella. Kauniisti hoidetut tontit ja sijainti rannikolla myötävaikuttavat ruuhkattomaan oleskeluun. Se sijaitsee keskeisellä paikalla Länsilahdella Dr. Paikallinen johto on paikan päällä varmistaa jatkuva laatu koko loman ajan.

Äskettäin uusitulle yksiköllemme on annettu Platinum-luokka, joka on korkeimman mahdollisen toivomuksen, sijainnin, mukavuuksien ja sisustuksen luokitus. Pohjakerroksessa on pääsy puutarhaan, uima-altaalle ja rannalle. Laajaan näkymään kuuluvat kauniisti maisemoitu, keväällä syötetty laguuni ja Meksikonlahti. Makuuhuone, olohuone, keittiö ja lanai jakavat nämä näkemykset.

Sisustus on hiljattain kunnostettu laajojen näkymien vuoksi ja suunnittelija on sisustettu kevyellä meriteemalla. Se on loistava tukikohta aikuisille ja lapsille tutustua Sanibelin kauniisiin kuorintarannoihin, luonnonsuojelualueisiin, vesilintuihin, kalastukseen, golfkentälle, pyöräteille, teatteriin, kauppoihin ja putiikkeihin.

Retket syvänmeren kalastukseen ja kajakin / kanootin / pyörävuokraamiseen, golfiin ja Sanibelin virkistyskeskukseen ovat lähellä, samoin kuin saaren monet herkulliset ravintolat sekä ihanat putiikit ja galleriat.

Pointe Sannon ainutlaatuinen piirre on sen valvottu lastenohjelma, joka on saatavana tiettyinä vuodenaikoina.

Et ole koskaan kaukana kaikista saaren mukavuuksista, ja ostokset ovat alle mailin päässä, mutta Pointe Santossa olet miljoonien mailien päässä hälinästä.

Island Heaven
One of my favourite places on earth is Sanibel and usually go every couple of years. On this occasion it was for my daughters wedding. So we are familiar with the island. This was my first stay at Pointe Santo though. Loved the location, loved the condo. Great views and well maintained property. Loved it

Nice property..Condo spacious and clean. Only issues were small pool to accommodate all those units at the property and the supply of paper towels, toilet paper and garbage bags was severely lacking for a 3 bedroom unit with 6 people.

Perfect in every way!
The property was even more beautiful than the pictures show. The condo was spacious, spotless clean with every amenity and detail you would have from home and more. Beds were comfortable with the freshest of linens. Vew was beautiful and so relaxing on the lanai with a cool beverage in the afternoon. I stayed with my son and his wife along with a 5yr old snd 19 month. Super comfortable, beautifully appointed! I will definitely want to stay at this condo again next time. Thank you to our hosts for being so thoughtful about every little detail.

Sunshine and Nature
We traveled with our children and grandchildren to share the beauty of Sanibel lsland. We have visited Sanibel twice before more than ten years ago. This property had a much better view, location, and space. There was something special for each age group. There is types of wild life right on property and a close by wildlife refuge that we road our bike to. The ground floor level made it easy walk to the pool and beach. All the needed beach supplies were available and were used. I enjoyed the lounge chairs in the late afternoon in shade of the palm trees. We all spent time at the beach shelling and swimming and the grandchildren really enjoyed the pool and smoothies at the snack bar. They made many friends and plans to return next year with their new friends. We were close to great bike paths, restaurants and shopping. This three bedroom unit was a perfect size for seven of us. The kitchen was large and plenty of sitting areas. We look forward to returning.

Great condo for a relaxing vacation. Plenty of room for our family of six, and could definitely accommodate more. Kitchen had everything we needed and the provided beach chairs and umbrellas are wonderful to have.

Relaxation for sure
The location and hosts were very accommodating. However, the floors left our feet dirty, we had to buy TP, dishwasher detergent and trash bags. Also, the AC didn’t ever cool the 2 spare bedrooms. But the pool and beach were great and the location was what we hoped.

Wonderful spot for relaxation
We had such a nice stay at Pointe Santo. Really enjoyed the beauty of the well maintained grounds there. The condo was also very spacious, tastefully decorated, and in good working order. Loved being on the first floor with easy entry and ability to walk right out the door to the beach/pool area. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Wonderful week!
We had everything we needed prior to our visit and while we were in Sanibel. The condo was clean and well appointed. We loved the location (first floor and view of lake and horizon) and the wildlife in the property! We played on the beach, at the pool, on the pickle ball courts, took lots of bike rides, and had a fantastic week!

Wonderful Stay
We enjoyed our time at Pointe Santo so much! The 3 bedrooms were perfect for our family of 6. We drank coffee on the lanai every morning overlooking the beautiful view and the condo was well stocked with everything we needed. We had an amazing time riding bikes and shelling on the beach. We are already looking forward to going back!

Family get together in Sanibel
We had a great time in Sanibel at the condo. Priced below our other family members condos snd was much nicer. The condo had all we needed and good amount of beach chairs umbrellas and other items for a all included stay at the beach. I would come back again!

Our family of five adults had great accommodations in this spacious 3 br. Condo on the first floor. Easy access to the beach. Enchanting lagoon right out the door of our enclosed porch. Fan on porch made for cool air. Daily sightings of wildlife: egrets, herons, pelicans, iguanas, shore birds, and, of course, shells, lots and lots of shells. Lilting waves provided a mesmerizing backdrop to our week. We will definitely come again.

Spring Break Vacation
First time on Sanibel, and we loved it! Not only the Island itself, but the condo where we stayed. This unit was spacious, clean, comfortable, and had all we needed - plus extras, like beach chairs and umbrellas(we’ve always had to bring our own)! Also, the complex has multiple gas grills that were cleaned daily by the staff there (my husband loved this part!). We received a very thorough information packet via email from the owners prior to our arrival, which was helpful. We had one small issue with dishwasher, but it was handled quickly by maintenance and we also received a call from the owner. We would stay here again! All in all, was a wonderful, beautiful week!
