This professionally designed beach home has everything one could possibly want while vacationing in style! Through the front door you are met with an open concept living, kitchen, dining area that is light, bright and spacious. The furnishings in this coastal beauty are exceptional and exude beach style all while evoking tranquility and relaxation. The roomy sectional is great for viewing movies or lounging while reading your favorite novel! The kitchen is wonderfully stocked, supplying every utensil imaginable. There are even plates and cups for dining alfresco. This superbly designed kitchen features brand new white marbled corian countertops showing off a sleek contemporary style. The kitchen bar with seating for four allows for the chef on duty to be able to entertain guests while prepping that great meal. Down the hallway you will find the three bedrooms and two baths. the master suite features a stunning light coastal design featuring a king bed and dual vanity in the master bath. The large walk in master shower is sleek and contemporary in design and features all new tile and plumbing. Across the hall is the guest suite with a queen bed and a coral and turquoise decor. One door over is the double bunk room featuring sturdy ladders to the top bunks. Both of these guest rooms share the newly renovated guest bath with a tub / shower combo and all new tile and plumbing. Overlooking the dining room is a clean and well designed space with seating for six. You will find more seating right through the sliders where a rectangular table seats eight comfortably! The outdoor dining area overlooks the pool and deck area where more seating can be found to enjoy great conversations or reading that special novel.

Outstanding!
This had everything we wanted: - 4-minute walk to the beach - kitchen had everything one could need - VERY clean - plenty of space - great mattresses on the beds - lots of sunlight - quality air conditioning - nice decor - GREAT pool - dine outside overlooking the pool - lots of towels - a beach cart, chairs, I’m tells, toys - bikes - grill - close to not only the beach, but also dining, groceries, the lighthouse, and the causeway - and last but not least: a responsive agency. One example: one wooden step outside was a little loose. After I called about it, and even said it wasn’t urgent but they should know, someone was there repairing the step within the hour.

Save your money boys and girls
This property was not what I expected. We expected a usable pool but got a pool that was 74 degrees. Not bad if you are semi-polar bear. The screen around the pool was ripped which I reported when we got there. The mgmt group said they would get someone to repair and after a months stay, we were still waiting for someone to show up. You couldn’t sit outside without the bugs coming after you. There were no bikes as other reviewers noted. It was close to the beach but on a main thoroughfare so lots of truck and other traffic. If you want a quiet relaxing place with a useable pool, don’t expect that here.

Very nice newly remodeled house stoked with everything you might need
We Loved this house. We stayed on the neighboring island and Sanibel for 3 weeks total and both my husband and I agreed this was the best out of all 3 homes for us. It was just the right size and had everything you might need, beach towels, washer and dryer, a private pool! Bikes to bike to the nearest beach! Beach toys, and lots of games and activities for the kids all within the house. The kids loved loved loved the pool, they practically lived in it. We got some red tide at the beach on some days so it would of been a real bummer if we couldn't swim have we not had our own pool! Oh and did I mention that the pool has netting all around so you don't get eaten alive by moscitos at dusk?! Will defiantly be planning on returning :)

This was a perfect place to visit for Sanibel Island
Me and My family visited the week of 7/15/18 and this house was very well put together and extra clean. We really enjoyed using the bikes and ping pong table. I will definately stay here when I visit again. Nice people to do business with also.
