The kitchen and living area are combined, equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, and an electric coffee machine, and also provides access to the terrace. The apartment has one bathroom with a shower, bidet, and toilet. Gas heating is available, but it can only be utilized between November 1st and April 8th.
