Talo sijaitsee yhdellä IBIZAn parhaista rannoista.

Se nauttii ihanteellisesta tilanteesta, hyvin lähellä rantaa (50 m) ja unohtumattomista näkymistä merelle. Sillä on iso terassi ja puutarha, josta on näköala puutarhaan, ja varustettu ulkokalusteilla syödä, rentoutua, lukea ja nauttia upeista auringonlaskuista.

Rekisteröinti EIVISSA: n yhtiöiden, toimintojen ja matkailuyritysten syrjäisissä rekistereissä allekirjoituksella ETV-1283-E.

Yksityisyys oleskelussa. Äskettäinen uudistus tarjoaa täysin kunnostetun keittiön ja kylpyhuoneen. Keittiö, jossa on kodinkoneet ja moderni ympäristö, on toisin kuin talon tarjoama klassinen saari-ilma. Olohuone, ilmastointi ja WI-FI, sisältävät klassiset Ibizan-huonekalut, työhyllyt ja massiivipuupöydän ja-tuolit. Koko sarja, joka yhdistää mukavuuden suurimpaan saariympäristöön.

Kaksi hiljattain sisustettua huonetta, joista toisessa parivuode, vaatekaappi ja lipasto, tuoreella ja rentouttavalla merikoristeella. Toisessa huoneessa on kaksi erillistä valkoista sänkyä, joissa on miellyttävä Välimeren ilmapiiri.

Hiljattain kunnostettu puutarha-alue. Anna viettää rentouttavan tauon Välimeren puutarhaympäristössä, merelle päin ja pergolan varjossa.
Tämä loma-asunto sijaitsee vain lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä kohteesta Cala Vedella. Loma-asunnossa tarjoaa ilmaisen Wi-Fi-yhteyden ja keittiön.

lovely home with sea view
We have been to this house a few times. every year it is in an amazing condition, little things get added or replaced. you can tell the house is managed with love. The location is amazing, right above the beach, so it does have sea view and from the bedroom you can hear the gentle ocean. Nice about the house it that it feels homely because of some personal items in it. Some books, decorations, beach toys, those kind of things. Some holiday homes are clinically stripped of anything and feel sterile and unhomely. This house feels like your friends aloud you to stay at their place, I really like that. The kitchen is really well equipped you can make good meals here if you like. plenty enough pans and dishes. good oven / microwave. Also things like salt, peper, some other spices, oil and those kind of basic cooking ingredients are all available. there is a lovely sitting earea in the garden, great for sunset drinks and under the patio at the entrance there is a spacious area with a dinning table and loungers where you can spent the evening or still enjoy being outside if it is raining. It truly is a lovely place and if there happens to be a problem you can communicate with Whatsapp and get helped straight away. Bon Sol has quality, tasty pizza's and Cana Sofia has a really good chef. It's a great restaurant where you can dine high quality meals but they also do paella or hamburgers. Both are within a 4 min walk of the house, and so is the beach! Hope to return soon.

Great location
The location is fantastic and the house was just what we were looking for. If you intended to spend long periods inside the house it would be quite cramped for 4 adults but we were mainly outside on the fantastic beach or on the patios with some great views. The trees and bushes do obscure some of the views plus the sun and could benefit with some pruning. Overall though we loved the house for our stay.

Beautiful little hideaway in Cala Vadella
This is a gem of a find and we were so pleased it was available. Although the house itself is small, it has a lovely large terrace and other seating area in the grounds with amazing views. The house has everything you could need (smart TV during the storm was a bonus).

Great location, fabulous garden. Hidden Gem.
Great garden, enough outside space for a family. Garden shower is also very nice. The location of this house makes it really worthwhile to stay there, nice shade and view over the bay. Super close to the beach. Great with kids. You can take the main road, or the stairs that exit next to the trash bins. 1,5 min walk to the beach. Airco's are great and necessary in the summer. Beds are good quality and the house is very well equipped. The small supermarket is at the beach, good selection of fresh products. We would definitely go back here, apart from all these great things, there are a few thing to know: Two mornings off our week holiday were disrupted with a tank-truck that was pumping out the sewer pit of on the restaurant below. This makes 30 min a lot of noise and dirty smell. It would be great if they would do this really early, when everybody is sleeping. Or to give you heads up to be gone. Bathroom is small, old and a bit smelly. We have been showering mainly outside, there is enough privacy in the garden, and the garden is great. Communication with the owner is good. Communication with the outsourced house management a bit difficult. Poor English. Checking in after 20:00 is charged with 50 EUR, or possible by Whats app. The parking spot that belongs to the house is small. We had a tiny Mitsubishi ASX and could just park it. Don't bring a big car, also handy for the rest of Ibiza. Marc thanks that we could stay in your house, we had a great time.

Venus avec des amis pour decouvrir l'île. La maison est extraordinaire , très bien agencé pour 4 personnes . 1 terrasse donnant sur l'entrée de la maison avec une vue incroyable sur la plage 2 eme terrasse avec un salon de jardin pour ce detendre en fin d'après-midi et en descendant encore , un autre salon de jardin . La maison est très bien équipé, il manquerai juste un micro onde 🙂. La plage est juste en bas de la maison ainsi que de nombreux restaurants. Un petit coin de paradis .

Un très bon séjour. La maison est bien entretenue et équipée. Une chambre avec un grand lit et une avec deux petits lit. Une douche d’extérieur agréable au retour de la plage. Des terrasses très agréables. Une belle vue sur la mer et la plage. Beau couché de soleil. Jolie plage avec une mer transparente à 2 minutes. Nécessaire cependant d’avoir une voiture ou un scooter. Peu de bus.

We will be back!
This apartment was such a find!!! This was our first time in Ibiza so we wanted somewhere that was relaxing and fairly quiet in the day and Cala Vadella is just that, the very short walk to the beach was the dream. The apartment itself is lovely and gives a true Spainish feel! The lady managing the apartment was always on call for any questions we had and made the check in and check out prosess very smooth! There's one car spot available which makes it very handy as there's limited car park spots available within the small town. I would only rent a normal sized car though, nothing large as the space is small. We will definitely be visiting again and staying in this apartment!

Incredible location and gorgeous house with everything you need.
We have just returned from a week at Marc's property in Ibiza and I think its fair to say that it surpassed all our expectations with the crowning glory being the location. The views from the property were exceptional with the best sunsets we've ever seen. The house was very well appointed and comfortable and within an easy 2 minute walk of the beach, shops and restaurants. We had an absolutely brilliant time and hope to be back. Thank you so much for having us share your wonderful space.

Very good location with view
We spent one week in Marc House’s. His house is very good located. The beach is only a 2 min walk. It’s perfect for a little family with 1 or 2 kids. Lots of equipment and also baby’s equipment! Very good communication for everything. I recommend.

Ibiza in February
Wanted a peaceful stay in Ibiza and that’s what I got….the weather was good and the villa is lovely and private with great views and lovely gardens. Pretty much everything was catered for and spotlessly clean with a good comfy bed and a great shower…parking and the road out is a lil tight so definitely no bigger than a mid size hire car Will definitely return to this beautiful part of the island and thank you for the use of your home.

+ sehr gut ausgestattet, alles vorhanden + gute Lage, kleine aber feine Aussicht auf Bucht + verschiedene Aussenplätze mit Liege- und Sitzgelegenheiten + unkomplizierte Übergabe - voll im Schatten, kein sonniger Aussenplatz - feucht, muffig ( Bettwäsche, Kommode), hatte an diversen Orten in Küche und Bad ziemlich Schimmel - viele Mücken wegen Schatten/Feuchte - Parkplatz sehr klein - Dauergerüche wegen Küchenabzug des Restaurants direkt unterhalb der Terrasse - laute Umgebung, ringhörig

Très bon séjour dans cette petite maison fonctionnelle donnant sur une plage surveillée. Un escalier permet de rejoindre la mer en quelques pas. Restaurants proches. Belle végétation environnante. place de parking bien pratique.

Didn’t want to leave!
My wife and I (and our small dog) had a magical time staying at Es Vaporet. Simone was a lovely host. The space itself has tons of outdoor space and could not be closer to the beach of Cala Vedella as well as it’s restaurants and small grocery. The short road uphill/ driveway is narrow, please tent your car accordingly. We hope to be able to return.
